I was having multiple issues with my garage door opener, broken remotes and a garage door that was falling apart. Worn out, my opener was noisy and my door was making loud booms both just setting idle and operating - original equipment since purchase of my home in 1994. I had seen Precision Door trucks in the area when driving around town and my sister used them for her new garage door install and she was very happy with their service. While on vacation for a week, and wanted to get the problem resolved, I went on their website at 11:00 PM at night and used the CHAT NOW feature to learn more. They took care of setting up an appointment for me! The next day, their senior technician Steve Colley came out promptly and measured for a new insulated replacement door to be ordered and in the meantime replaced my old opener with a new LiftMaster Elite. He got my existing broken garage door running on the new opener until the new door would later arrive. I was impressed by all the new features of the LiftMaster Elite. A nice operating manual comes with it and I really like the inside garage control panel and emergency power feature to open your door when the power is out! Steve took the time to explain all the operational features and programmed my two remote controls for me. He was very friendly and a hard working man that got the job done right. He left telling me I could call him if I had any questions. This is excellent customer service!

It is hard to know who you can trust for service & repairs. I was ripped off over $7000 three years ago. Precision Door Service is the extreme exception. I have never had two friendlier service guys than Aaron & Lee. Professional quality workmanship is an understatement! 20 year old system, with broken spring & wore out cables & opener. Two days ago I saw an advertisement on TV for Precision Doors. I thought to myself, I like the way this commercial sounds and looks, I need to remember this company. Little did I know that the next day the spring on my garage door would break. I called Precision about 5:30 on Thursday night. My call was answered by a real person, not a call service or answering machine. I told Taylor what had happened, she was very nice and told me she could have someone out the next day. Technician Steve came out the next day, took a look at my broken spring and recommended some other work be done along with the fixing of the spring. My garage door and hardware was about 20 years old and really did need some updating. Steve changed out both springs, all the wiring, all the rollers and some other things. My garage door opens like it's brand new. It is so quiet, it's never been this quiet since I've lived here! Steve wasn't pushy about fixing all of this, it was just his recommendation. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, and made me feel like it was important to them to take care of me. I highly recommend Precision Door for any of your door needs.
