Great custom service from Technician Ethan Guenther! He lubed the garage door and showed me how to see up the Wi Fi. He noticed a sound from the track and advised to call if it got louder.He was very professional and answered all my questions. Thanks, Ethan!

Excellent service! They were easy to schedule, Ethan was my tech showed up on time, expained my problem I have a an old system he did a fantastic job at explaining what caused the issue other issues i could see as a result of the age of the system and gave me varying levels of repair options and Estimated costs Also gave me a rough Estimate on a Newer System should i go thay route. Overall I had an excellent experience with Ethan and precision i will definitely give them all call when i go to update my system. Had a great experience with Precision today. Easy to make an appointment online and the two gentlemen who did the work, David and Zack, could not have been more professional or nicer. They showed me everything they did and expIained why they were doing it. I am so thankful to now have a safe, working garage door. Don't know enough to say if the price was the best in town but I can certainly think everything else was the best in town.

I had the seals around the door and the bottom rubber floor seal replaced. Drew did a good job. Very fast and it now seals properly. I have used Precision before and have been very happy with their work and the technicians. Their office is across the street from my building so it is convenient for both them and me.

Amazing and fast! Of course, our garage door chain popped off this morning as I was leaving for work to proctor a test. Not the best timing. However, my daughter called, and they were able to come out a few hours later that same day! The technician was fast and very professional! He got our door's chain/belt back on and working properly. Plush, he checked the entire door to make sure no further damage had occurred. This is the second time they came through in a clutch, when our garage door's spring broke at our previous home. They replaced the very old, worn-out spring (and added an additional spring which should have been there originally), replaced the garage door opener, and rebuilt the door (which was truly needed)! Both times, Precision Door was great, fast, and honest. I would highly recommend.

Garage door failed at 3pm in the afternoon and by 4pm a service technician had arrived to fix my overhead door. There was nothing too serious just a cable that came off the track, so the cost was only a $129 service call. Great service and awesome response time. David my service technician was extremely helpful and polite. While he was at the house he made sure all three of my overhead doors were properly working and lubricated. Service was above and beyond.

Luke came out and replaced a broken spring. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. Even though he had been given some mislabeled springs, he patiently went through the process to correct everything and make sure all was working properly. I called the office and ask for a technician to come out and look at my garage door problem. Seth Ottino was the technician that arrived. I showed him the garage door and he reviewed it for problems. I told him the bottom panel was bowed due to backing into it and bowed the bottom panel. He told me he could repaired it with additional struts to keep it from bowing. He installed the 2 struts, raised the garage door a couple of time to make sure it was fixed. The garage door was working fine with no bow and was fixed. I thanked him very much for helping me. He gave me his card and I was very pleased with his service.

The door began showing problems about a year after installation. Dakotah came out at no charge to address the issues, which included bolts not locking (error on manufaturer's end) and loose wiring on the wall panel control. He quickly identified the problems and completed the repairs efficiently. Dakotah’s attention to detail and the care he puts into his workmanship are evident, and his efforts are very much appreciated.
