We called to have the coil spring replaced. An inspection revealed the need to rebuild the garage door. Our tech was able to show me the cracks in the hinges and the worn rollers and parts. I could see the wear and tear of thirty years and we agreed to update everything. We were given accurate information and fair pricing. The work was done quickly and everything runs so much better.

Precision helped me program new remotes earlier this year by phone at no charge. Very kind. So I wanted to give my business to them when my garage door died. Nice service man came on Sunday and showed me everything wrong with my door My new door is ordered. Can’t wait to have it installed. Lots of new features!!! Highly recommend!!!

Dakota recognized my description of the problem on the service order before coming out and called to explain what it was and that it was completely normal. I was worried about nothing!
