Service was on time , very pleasant repair man. Was satisfied with service. Only negative , was quoted a price on the springs before Repair, invoice showed not as quoted.

I have been having problems with these doors off and on. I am 71 years old and tired of messing with it. I called and talked to your receptionist. She was very professional and took my info. Matt called around 4:00 and he had a great attitude he was very professional. He took care of the problem and now I can open the door without my back hurting. When you know what your doing it all seems so easy to line up. Great experience all around and I will definitely spread the word. Have a blessed day.

The young man, Matt that came out and fixed the the problem that was causing the door not to open is a very kind and respectful worker. He did what needed to be done in a very good time and was very helpful in what was wrong and that the door would need to be replaced and will be back to be done soon. We were very pleased. We did not have an emergency type situation like some but needed maintenance. Ethen was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained the new system and workings of it and ask if we had questions. Honestly I had no idea a garage door with its new controls could do so much but can see the safety of having it for sure. Could not have been a better experience.

30 minutes after the technician left the opener quit working again. I called back, a lady called me back and said she would check and call me back shortly. An hour later I still haven't heard from her. I live alone and can't manually open and close the door by my self.

Not really happy at all. I scheduled for a new seal to be installed and specifically mentioned to the call center that we needed an accelerated schedule due to rain. The tech shows up, looks at the garage door, and says that neither location has any door seals in stock. Now, we have lost two days of time to get it completed by someone else. Guess I was wrong, but I thought door seals were one of the most basic items to stock for a professional garage door company?

Thank you for your review. We need feedback from our customers, both satisfied and unsatisfied to improve our business. Yes, we do keep bottom seal in-stock but please keep in mind there are different sizes with 2" being the most popular. We usually have a truck that brings our seal inventory once a week, this week they did not \put the 2" seal on the truck so needless to say we did not have it for your appointment. Also the appointment from the call center only stated bottom seal not 2" bottom seal which would have all the difference in getting you scheduled. Again thank you for your feedback!

Matt done a good job. I was happy with his work. I was not happy with the price of the material. $250 per spring and $60 for a Bearing is outrageous. If I had known the pricing before, Matt had drove all the way down here I would have declined your services.

In most if the repairs that we preform, we warranty our products and services for a period of at least 5 years.

Scammers!! The technician did not inform us that you only work on LiftMaster doors, we were under the impression he was going to fix it. He tried to replace the whole motor for $1400 when it only needed a small part replaced. You should be ashamed of yourself for charging outrageous prices when people are trying to make it right now. We had to pay $140 to make him leave. Robbers for real!!!

Luke Zieman was the technician that sold me and installed my door openers. Luke did an excellent job. My name is not spelled correctly. Somehow you guys put my name down as Gary Sams. That is not correct. My name is Jerry Sams. Please change your records to reflect my name as Jerry Sams. This could become important due to the door openers having a lifetime warranty.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. They are not interested in repairing your garage door, they are only there to sell you a new one. Their tech came up with a flimsy reason for me to buy one, then refused to do anything at all to repair my door. Instead, he left me with a non-functional door, which I could not raise of lower. He said that Precision would incur "too much legal liability" if they fixed my door. I suggested he tell his bosses that leaving a senior citizen trapped in their garage, unable to get out in case of an emergency would cause far more medical, legal liability than simply fixing the door. Instead, I called an independent repair service who showed up immediately and replaced my broken spring, which was all that was wrong. It cost me thousands less than a new door, and everything is working fine. I did not fall for Precision's phony new garage door line and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Use them at your own risk.
