Our garage door in the shop wouldn’t open! Truck , lawn mower, four wheeler couldn’t be gotten out! I called Percision Door and they did do everything they could yesterday to get help out here to no avail! Bright and early this morning One of their employees named Drew came and did everything he could to help us! And he did!!! Explained and showed me everything in great detail and fixed our doors where we could open them once again! He went way beyond the call of duty!!’ I will certainly have them back!

Matt was my technician, he was very professional and obviously knew his job well. He did an excellent job installing a new automatic garage door opener and replacing the rollers. The only concerns I have are that I believe you are taking advantage of your customers by charging $32.50 per 7” sealed bearing roller when I know that they can be purchased on Amazon for approximately $35.00 or less for a package of 10. Also you charged $1,391.03 for the Liftmaster 98022 garage door opener when the exact model can be purchased on Amazon for $650.00. Please be more thoughtful to your customers in the future by providing a fair estimate for materials used. With inflation as it is, it is getting more difficult for customers to afford service and repairs when prices are unfairly inflated.

Matt Taylor was our technician that came out not only was he wonderful about calling on the way. And arrived at the beginning of the timeframe window And when he arrived, he was able to take care of the problem we had with our garage door opener super fast and just a wonderful all-around guy! I Absolutely recommend precision door for any repairs or anything you need for your garage door or garage door openers. We had used a previous company and were sadly disappointed. The technician was great and the service was good. We got our garage door fixed on a weekend. The price was a bit higher than expected. I was told it would be 49.95 for service call and it depended on the service. The technician came out and I was charged 278 for a major repair. They are a bit higher than expected.

I called precision garage door because it was the first one I saw when I searched! The gentlemen that came to look at repairing my 35 year old opener were very helpful. Chad and Nick informed me of my option and I choose to purchase a new unit. They installed it promptly and were respectful and courteous along the way. Justin, my technician, was very professional. He was patient and explained everything to me, answering all my questions. He was honest and forthright as far as cost and needed repairs. He also took time to set garage codes up and explain use. I was very comfortable with him. He placed the motor and enforced the door. It was on the expensive side, no doubt, but hopefully worth it!

Absolutely gorgeous garage door installed today by Chris! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Although there was a 2.5 week gap between ordering and installation, it was well worth the wait. The original tech who came to estimate the job, Matt, did a superior job. I couldn't be more pleased and am no longer held hostage by my old broken door! Complete door and opener replacement.

Precision was the third company we had come out to our property to deal with issues. After those other two experiences, I can say that Precision's customer service was outstanding. Matt diagnosed the issue promptly on his first visit. When the part came in, he brought Ethan to assist in making the repairs. They cleaned everything up when they left. I wish I had saved myself the grief and aggravation and called Precision first. Lesson learned.

I’mIt was really stroke of luck I contacted Precision. I had contacted another company and stated what I was needing. Now I’ll cut to the chase. After making 3 phone calls to see where the Tech was that was supposed to call me and I was told not to worry, he’d contact me on the 3 different calls I made. Well the time I made the last call, I told them to forget it. I checked on Precision next. I should have contacted them first. Matt greeted me like he’d known me all my life. He went right to work. Had everything fixed in no time. He was very respectful, informative and kind. He even called and arrived ahead of schedule. Explained about everything he did. Also, the lady that took my call and did the scheduling was very nice and polite. I know this, should I ever have any problems with my garage door, I won’t hesitate to call them. I had a very old garage door opener that was malfunctioning. When Matt showed up to examine it, it was decided to replace it with a new one. I expected him to tell me that he needed to go get the parts he needed to do the job and return later to do the job. Instead, he had everything he needed and proceeded to get the job done right then. The quality of the new opener and Matt's performance far exceeded my expectations. He installed the opener and then cleaned up the bits and pieces left over from his work. He even went so far as to pick up a single staple that had fallen on the floor. I am VERY happy with the work that was done.

Precision is always very comprehensive when they come to evaluate a garage door issue. Very knowledgeable and always have the needed parts on their truck.
