Our spring broke Friday night. I called Precision Door Saturday morning and had an appointment set for Sunday morning. Our technician Ethan explained the necessary repairs and suggested future needs. The technician Zack was great! He knew what to do and he did it well. I almost passed out when he told us the price for replacing the spring; then later I found out my MIL had the same spring replaced last year for $250! So the $587 I was charged feels like highway robbery! I would have called someone else had I not been pressed for time. I will never use this company again and I will tell my friends and family not to use this company!

Had an appointment for 4PM, the office call and had a cancellation and the technician came at 8AM and performed temporary repairs. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable of his products and repairs needed. Instead of repair we ordered a new door that will be installed in a few weeks.

Precision Door Service to the rescue, AGAIN! Over the years they've replaced springs, a garage door opener, and adjusted the sensors. Of course, it's always an "emergency" and they are very responsive. The phone agents are patient, and the techs are very professional and friendly. Today, the technician had my sensors adjusted correctly before I answered the door!! Good service is so hard to find these days, and you'll get it from Precision Door Service.

Excellent experience with Precision Door when I had two garage door openers replaced. The technician showed up at the agreed upon time. He explained everything he was going to do and went to work. When he was finished with the installations, he thoroughly explained their features and operations, assisting with getting both controllers connected to my wi-fi network and with the MyFi app. The area was entirely cleaned, no trace of trash or debris. I could not be more satisfied with this company and I am pleased I chose Precision Door.

Our garage door in the shop wouldn’t open! Truck , lawn mower, four wheeler couldn’t be gotten out! I called Percision Door and they did do everything they could yesterday to get help out here to no avail! Bright and early this morning One of their employees named Drew came and did everything he could to help us! And he did!!! Matt was my technician, he was very professional and obviously knew his job well. He did an excellent job installing a new automatic garage door opener and replacing the rollers. The only concerns I have are that I believe you are taking advantage of your customers by charging $32.50 per 7” sealed bearing roller when I know that they can be purchased on Amazon for approximately $35.00 or less for a package of 10. Also you charged $1,391.03 for the Liftmaster 98022 garage door opener when the exact model can be purchased on Amazon for $650.00. Please be more thoughtful to your customers in the future by providing a fair estimate for materials used. With inflation as it is, it is getting more difficult for customers to afford service and repairs when prices are unfairly inflated.
