Precision Garage Door does a friendly and professional job for me and has come over the same day I call or the next day at the latest! Drew was a pleasure to work with and explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it and how long it would take. He also showed me an itemized break down of the costs involved before he got started. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door for any installation or repair!

Great technician but poor company policy. Sam, the technician was excellent, he was helpful and communicated well. I do feel that the policy of requiring a $50 service charge before getting a quote is not a good business practice. If a customer wants to get a second opinion this policy makes that very hard as they then have to lose the service fee. In my case, I did want a second opinion and Sam did waive the service fee after I asked which was good customer service. Also, I noticed that there was company "policy" that forced me into more expensive repairs.

I would like to thank you for the great review of our technician Sam. We have a compressive training program including hiring an outside training company to make sure that our technicians represent us in the very best manor. We also send each technician to every job with a fully stocked truck so that they can solve 98% of the garage door problems our customers encounter and we generally do that in just one trip. We do charge a modest service fee that we disclose before setting each appointment. We also give the technicians the authority to wave this modest fee if there were any sort of customer confusion about the the customer having agreed to this fee before booking their appointment with us. This is exactly what Sam did in your case. We do wish you the best of luck in getting your garage door repaired.

My wife called me after I left the house this morning to tell me the garage wouldn’t go up. Her car was trapped in the garage and we had kids to get to school. I immediately got online, Googled, and scheduled a service call with Precision Door from my phone within 2 minutes. It was a very simple process. I went home and let my wife take my car and waited for the appointment. I got an early call from Luke to tell me he was immediately available if it was convenient. Heck Yeah! Luke showed up, diagnosed the issue, and let me know what needed to be done and how long it would take. He got the job knocked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the Precision Door stands behind their work with a life time warranty. I could not be more satisfied. Great job all the way around.

Tech immediately tried to sell me more or “better” parts. Started project and messed up the spring. Had to correct this so it took more time which I was then charged for after he called “the boss” who said to do that. I pre paid Home Depot for the door opener /installation project then had to pay another 145 bucks over that initial price. Tech dropped a light bulb on the garage floor but “ tried” to clean it up…….things happen I guess.

My garage door broke and had my car held hostage in the garage when Precision came within 24 hours to fix the garage door freeing my car for use. Precision was efficient, friendly, tidy and went above and beyond communicating when and who was coming. Sam was very friendly and clearly communicated what needed to be done and how much things would cost. I would highly recommend Precision.

We called Precision Door on Saturday after experiencing damage to the roller channels on our garage door. Precision offered to send a technician out on Sunday, but we were able to get the door closed and elected to wait until a weekday for service. They scheduled & texted our appointment time, then texted a reminder day before, texted a picture of the technician 15 minutes before the appointment, then the technician called 10 minutes before to verify I was home. All great communication! Our technician, Cade, arrived as scheduled, fixed the door like new, answered all our questions, discussed homeowner tips, and left us feeling that we received an excellent value for his service and for our time! Thank you, Cade!!

On 3/29/24 Precision Door technician Cade Mercell repaired our garage door that was not operating properly. Cade arrived at my home at the scheduled appointment time and got the door operating well. He was totally professional and answered any questions that my wife and I had. …In addition, the appointment was made on Thursday evening at 8:00 PM and Cade arrived the next morning at 11:00 AM. I would like to say that Stephen is awesome. Why? Cause I sent him pictures in a text of cables that needed replaced and he had me an appointment the next day to get those replaced. He went above and beyond to make sure that problem was resolved quickly. Thanks to Steve Colley for installing the new cables. He did an amazing job as well.
