Unfortunately my double garage door was not set up with two springs as its should have been. So I had spring breakage every three years. I called Precision Garage Door Service last night about 21:45 hrs directly after the last spring broke. Their Dispatch answered quickly, took my information and was extremely professional and precise. Luke was the Technician who was dispatched the next morning, he called me and asked if it was ok to head over early, of course early is great!!! Luke diagnosed several issues immediately, which one was only having one spring on the door. I wanted the door to work properly without additional strain on the hardware, and he set my door up as it should have been in the first place. Luke pays attention to detail, very professional, and is quick in his work. I will be using them for any needs including a future garage door replacement when necessary. I cannot recommend them enough, I will be telling folks about them to solicit their business when they need garage door work done, and done correctly. We were stuck in our house during a power outage when we discovered the spring on our garage door was broken. Even though it was a weekend, Luke with Precision Door Service came out and fixed our door, and made sure there was no other damage. He showed us parts of our 20 year old door that were close to also failing and replaced them at the same time, saving us from future issues and having to need more calls soon! We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and never felt pressured to do anything beyond what we called about, but we were extremely pleased to have him inspect the whole door and not just do a quick fix. We were initially attracted to Precision Door when we saw their listing online, and that they're veteran owned, and we were so impressed by the entire process, from communication and speed to quality of work.

The tech got our door working until they can install the new one with opener. We have a twenty five year old rental home that has seen it's share of abuse. Prompt and very professional. We should have called Precision before we wasted money on the other guy. With their warranty we should not have to pay for repairs for a long time.

Caveat Emptor. I contacted Precision to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The door has two of the same age, so I expected to replace both. These springs were installed six years ago for $400. Precision charged $275 and $270 for the new springs. They are powder-coated, unnecessary since they are not exposed to the elements. The installer then attempted to up-sell with new rollers (16 rollers, $32/each), new cables, and hinges. Rollers are $25 for a 10-pack at Lowes and easily replaced by a homeowner. The bill would have more than doubled if I agreed to these additions. This is my first and last experience with Precision.
