Review:

The whole story... Last Saturday, a little after 6 p.m., my wife came home. When she closed the garage door, something didn't sound right. It also started opening back up. It turned out that one of the cables broke. I waited until Monday morning to call a garage door service company that I had used before. I called at 7:35, shortly after they opened. No answer. Roughly an hour later I got a call back. When I explained my situation, they said they could get back to me later in the week. Friday morning came. At 8:15, I was done waiting. So, I called Precision. They answered right away. Took my information, dispatched a tech (Drew) who arrived at my house an hour and a half later. Wow! That was fast! I live near Joplin, and he drove from Arkansas. He replaced my old cables as I'd asked. He also replaced all of the old rollers at my request, and a worn out bracket that he noticed. He also performed some overdue maintenance. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company, and Drew, who was very friendly, and professional. I'm very pleased with them, and can wholeheartedly recommend this company!
