I was extremely satisfied not only with quick response but technician had everything we needed on his truck and promptly got to work. I couldn’t believe all he got done in less then an hours work, which completely solved my problem. I also give 5 stars to the Technician David was absolutely knowledgeable on what was going on and how to fix. Yes I recommend Precision garage door service couldn’t be any better,

Great service, professional and informative. My door was more worn out than I thought so it cost me more than I wanted to spend but it was fair. I certainly could not fix it. I had decided to have my two garage doors looked at due to some irritating noises they were making the past six months. No surprise, your techs determined both had wear and tear from use over the years. The drive tracks and gears and wheels were greatly worn. Luckily your team was able to size the multiple repairs, and we agreed to a price. Repairs were completed that day with my doors upgraded to include a Wi-Fi interface, LED internal lights, cameras and room sensors. The overall cost was admittedly a surprise, but the final product and related functionality were worth it. My thanks to your crew and their professional workmanship.

My garage door failed on a Sunday, so I needed it repaired as quickly as possible. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday afternoon, and they had a technician scheduled to come out the very next day. Luke, the technician, called ahead to let me know he was expected to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. He actually finished another job early and called to ask if it would be okay to come sooner, which I really appreciated. When Luke arrived, he came in a well-equipped service truck stocked with tools and replacement parts. It was obvious he was prepared for just about anything. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my garage door, and he even took the time to inspect and test my second garage door to make sure everything was working properly. What impressed me most was his honesty. Rather than replacing parts unnecessarily and increasing the cost, Luke was able to repair some damaged components and save me money. The final price was extremely reasonable, and there were no surprises. Luke was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely pleasant to talk with throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty, customer service, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing garage door repairs or service. They responded quickly, did excellent work, charged a fair price, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Ryan did an excellent job. He was quick, methodical, and professional. We needed new door springs and rollers, I asked him about a new door opener, and he had one on his truck. So, we decided to upgrade the complete system. Need to keep this guy around. This was some of the best service I have seen from a company in a long time. Very good experience, Drew was very nice and courteous. Had to put up with our dog Lulabelle, who was a nuisance but he was so kind. Precision Door Services sent a technician to check my garage door concern and problem the same day I called them. Tech David was great. He explained everything to me and showed me everything that needed attention and maintained. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and we discussed my concerns. David replaced my garage door opener and installed a keypad to use to open the door. Tech David completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. He then explained and showed me how to use the new opener. David was the absolute best tech for me. The garage door will be replaced in approximately a month. I am now able to use my garage for my vehicle. I would call Precision for garage door problems

Precision responded to my call within the hour. Ryan, the technition explained my options to me. He explained what was going on with my system but never implied that I needed to replace my old system. I made that choice and he very efficiently and professionally performed the installation within an hour. Ryan was very friendly and professional through the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend precision and Ryan for your garage door needs
