Garage Door Repair Reviews in Springdale Area, AR (Updated June 2026)

My garage door failed on a Sunday, so I needed it repaired as quickly as possible. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday afternoon, and they had a technician scheduled to come out the very next day. Luke, the technician, called ahead to let me know he was expected to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. He actually finished another job early and called to ask if it would be okay to come sooner, which I really appreciated. When Luke arrived, he came in a well-equipped service truck stocked with tools and replacement parts. It was obvious he was prepared for just about anything. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my garage door, and he even took the time to inspect and test my second garage door to make sure everything was working properly. What impressed me most was his honesty. Rather than replacing parts unnecessarily and increasing the cost, Luke was able to repair some damaged components and save me money. The final price was extremely reasonable, and there were no surprises. Luke was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely pleasant to talk with throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty, customer service, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing garage door repairs or service. They responded quickly, did excellent work, charged a fair price, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Ryan did an excellent job. He was quick, methodical, and professional. We needed new door springs and rollers, I asked him about a new door opener, and he had one on his truck. So, we decided to upgrade the complete system. Need to keep this guy around. This was some of the best service I have seen from a company in a long time. David was our tech and did a great job in repairing our garage door opener and explained the issue in detail and how to detect the issue if it comes up again. He also did a quick inspection on our door and rollers to be sure there was no other issues. Great overall service.

Very good experience, Drew was very nice and courteous. Had to put up with our dog Lulabelle, who was a nuisance but he was so kind. He installed the door quickly and programed my car remote, but I think the fast response to me calling and him showing up was what impressed me the most. Thanks so much Drew!

Precision Door Services sent a technician to check my garage door concern and problem the same day I called them. Tech David was great. He explained everything to me and showed me everything that needed attention and maintained. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and we discussed my concerns. David replaced my garage door opener and installed a keypad to use to open the door. Tech David completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. He then explained and showed me how to use the new opener. David was the absolute best tech for me. The garage door will be replaced in approximately a month. I am now able to use my garage for my vehicle. I would call Precision for garage door problems

They came out quickly but did not fix the issue with my garage door. Instead, they did some expensive work that I am not sure why it was needed. I was led to believe that the work would take care of the issues that I called about; it did not.
