Matt did a OUTSTANDING job on my door. The door was 22 years old and he had to do a complete rebuild. I could not have had better service. About 10 years ago was the first time you serviced my door and the problems that time was completely repaired.

They were easy to schedule, Ethan was my tech showed up on time, expained my problem I have a an old system he did a fantastic job at explaining what caused the issue other issues i could see as a result of the age of the system and gave me varying levels of repair options and Estimated costs Also gave me a rough Estimate on a Newer System should i go thay route. Overall I had an excellent experience with Ethan and precision i will definitely give them all call when i go to update my system. Thanks again to the Precision team and Ethan for getting my system operational.

The technician was great and the service was good. We got our garage door fixed on a weekend. The price was a bit higher than expected. I was told it would be 49.95 for service call and it depended on the service. The technician came out and I was charged 278 for a major repair. They are a bit higher than expected.

I called precision garage door because it was the first one I saw when I searched! The gentlemen that came to look at repairing my 35 year old opener were very helpful. Chad and Nick informed me of my option and I choose to purchase a new unit. They installed it promptly and were respectful and courteous along the way. On time. Listened to customer! Accurately assessed. Efficiently addressed issues. Suggested options and alternatives for short vs. longer solutions! Cleaned up work area! Programmed new remotes and tested. Showed ways to increase longevity of service! Took either cash or credit card. Basically, did everything but offer to haul off my trash bags!! What better customer service could you ask for? And, all at a most reasonable price!! PS: We'll be back, and tell others in the meantime.

Luke was our technician that came out to replace a spring on our garage door. While he was here we had asked him to look at other parts if he had the time. He confirmed our suspension of other things going bad such as roller, other springs and more. He was very knowledgeable and replaced all the parts without a fuss. Luke was very friendly and even came earlier than scheduled(after calling to confirm it was ok). I will be recommending precision to anyone who may need garage door repairs or installation.

Had a great experience with Precision today. Easy to make an appointment online and the two gentlemen who did the work, David and Zack, could not have been more professional or nicer. They showed me everything they did and expIained why they were doing it. I am so thankful to now have a safe, working garage door. Don't know enough to say if the price was the best in town but I can certainly think everything else was the best in town.

Justin, my technician, was very professional. He was patient and explained everything to me, answering all my questions. He was honest and forthright as far as cost and needed repairs. He also took time to set garage codes up and explain use. I was very comfortable with him. He placed the motor and enforced the door. It was on the expensive side, no doubt, but hopefully worth it!

Responded quickly to our service request. Diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution on the spot. Made the repairs at a reasonable cost and even called back to make sure that it was functioning properly. Can’t expect anything more than that.

Absolutely gorgeous garage door installed today by Chris! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Although there was a 2.5 week gap between ordering and installation, it was well worth the wait. The original tech who came to estimate the job, Matt, did a superior job. I couldn't be more pleased and am no longer held hostage by my old broken door! Complete door and opener replacement.

I purchased a new garage door and opener about 2 years ago. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. Every person that I have dealt with has just been extremely kind and professional. They are very easy to schedule follow up appointments should you need them for anything. These people are honestly about the only company that I have dealt with recently that when you call, you are helped immediately. Not put on hold for ever or scheduled for a call back.
