I had the seals around the door and the bottom rubber floor seal replaced. Drew did a good job. Very fast and it now seals properly. I have used Precision before and have been very happy with their work and the technicians. Their office is across the street from my building so it is convenient for both them and me.

We had a malfunction of our relatively new garage door. Luke from Precision came the same day we called and fixed the issues in about 15 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional, gave us easy home maintenance tips and explained the reasons for the malfunction. We are very pleased with the outcome.

We had a new garage door opener and rollers installed, love the new look & technology of this system it has led lights that are nice and bright for my wife who leaves the house at 4:30am, our house was built 3 years ago, but the opener the builder used does not compare to our new belt drive system quiet and smooth as butter!

We were stuck in our house during a power outage when we discovered the spring on our garage door was broken. Even though it was a weekend, Luke with Precision Door Service came out and fixed our door, and made sure there was no other damage. He showed us parts of our 20 year old door that were close to also failing and replaced them at the same time, saving us from future issues and having to need more calls soon! We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and never felt pressured to do anything beyond what we called about, but we were extremely pleased to have him inspect the whole door and not just do a quick fix. We were initially attracted to Precision Door when we saw their listing online, and that they're veteran owned, and we were so impressed by the entire process, from communication and speed to quality of work.

Amazing and fast! Of course, our garage door chain popped off this morning as I was leaving for work to proctor a test. Not the best timing. However, my daughter called, and they were able to come out a few hours later that same day! The technician was fast and very professional! He got our door's chain/belt back on and working properly. Plush, he checked the entire door to make sure no further damage had occurred. This is the second time they came through in a clutch, when our garage door's spring broke at our previous home. They replaced the very old, worn-out spring (and added an additional spring which should have been there originally), replaced the garage door opener, and rebuilt the door (which was truly needed)! Both times, Precision Door was great, fast, and honest. I would highly recommend.

Precision was the third company we had come out to our property to deal with issues. After those other two experiences, I can say that Precision's customer service was outstanding. Matt diagnosed the issue promptly on his first visit. When the part came in, he brought Ethan to assist in making the repairs. They cleaned everything up when they left. I wish I had saved myself the grief and aggravation and called Precision first. Lesson learned.

I was impressed with the rapid service. I contacted Precision using the online scheduler, and the technician showed up an hour later. He saw the problem, told me what needed to be done, and was finished in about 20 minutes. He was polite and friendly and did an excellent job.

Luke was so professional and efficient. The time was 2-4 but called and said he could come around 1 and was here. Explained the problem and gave me 2 options. He fixed the garage issue, showed me what he did and how the new opener would work. I was first shocked you all worked on Sundays and just totally pleased with Lucas and the company. Thanks again

Garage door failed at 3pm in the afternoon and by 4pm a service technician had arrived to fix my overhead door. There was nothing too serious just a cable that came off the track, so the cost was only a $129 service call. Great service and awesome response time. David my service technician was extremely helpful and polite. While he was at the house he made sure all three of my overhead doors were properly working and lubricated. Service was above and beyond.

My garage door broke on a Sunday and you guys were the only folks that I could find that we open. Your rep arrived about 3 hours after I requested service, replaced the springs, and attachment cables and checked it out. Costs seemed elevated but I had no relative recent repairs to confirm or not. Rep was pleasant, professional, and said he could repair door in about an hour, which he did. I paid by check and then he left.
