They were so easy to book appointment. I did it online. I got a text message with a picture of my repairman, Ryan Cross, and his info. I knew who to look for and he messaged that he was going to be early. I loved the contact and updates. He was very professional and quick. He had everything done and was gone in a little over an hour. I will highly recommend Precision and Ryan!

Drew did a wonderful job. Garage door sounded like it was going to fall off. We have lived here for years and the door has never been so quiet. Precision previously installed a new door and at that time we were advised that our opener was too small for the new insulated door. We are very happy with the results and would recommend Precision Door to anyone who has a problem with their door. Drew explained everything completely. He is truly an asset to your company. Thank you.

Drew did an excellent job in identifying the needs for my 1998 garage door opener and hardware to ensure I had a safe, reliable and efficient garage door. He explained the use of my new opener and was very thorough and efficient during the installation process. Great job Drew!

Was referred to us by a person who does work for us at times. Said your company fixes his doors when needed and trust his comments. The young man was at his job and accomplished at his work. A good rep for your company. Thorpe's.

This rating is due to the years this business has been in service (27) and the short amount of time it took Mr. Behrens to fix the problems with the garage door (about 15-20 minutes.) Also because I was able to get it done today.

Incredible service provided by Luke. He was very knowledgeable and able to install a new garage door lift so quickly. He was also willing to help program our vehicles so we didn’t have to deal with the frustrations of that. I would highly recommend Precision! Service within 24 hrs was appreciated!

We had Precision come to our house to service our garage doors and diagnose a beeping sound from one of our openers. Chris was our technician and was very helpful and professional. He serviced the doors rollers and hinges and determined the cause of the intermittent beeping. Precision Garage Doors had Chris come to the house within a couple of hours from our call. I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision.

I chose this company from the number of positive reviews on Google. The tech arrived on time and explained the work to be done. The lifetime warranty was a selling point. The tech evened out the tracks also help the door run smoother. He fixed all the poorly used parts from the original installation “door overhaul”.

Have had some trouble with my unit since I bought it last year. Had a tech come out a few months ago and reset everything and told me if it happened again, they would come out and replace it. Well it started having issues again last week. Called this morning and David came out early afternoon. He replaced the unit with a newer model. He was very polite and professional. Highly recommend!

As to courtesy, professionalism from both the office and the installer, and the quick response time, I don't think Precision Door could do anything better than what they did. I am totally satisfied. dan
