My garage door broke on a Sunday and you guys were the only folks that I could find that we open. Your rep arrived about 3 hours after I requested service, replaced the springs, and attachment cables and checked it out. Costs seemed elevated but I had no relative recent repairs to confirm or not. Rep was pleasant, professional, and said he could repair door in about an hour, which he did. I paid by check and then he left.

I’mIt was really stroke of luck I contacted Precision. I had contacted another company and stated what I was needing. Now I’ll cut to the chase. After making 3 phone calls to see where the Tech was that was supposed to call me and I was told not to worry, he’d contact me on the 3 different calls I made. Well the time I made the last call, I told them to forget it. I checked on Precision next. I should have contacted them first. Matt greeted me like he’d known me all my life. He went right to work. Had everything fixed in no time. He was very respectful, informative and kind. He even called and arrived ahead of schedule. Explained about everything he did. Also, the lady that took my call and did the scheduling was very nice and polite. I know this, should I ever have any problems with my garage door, I won’t hesitate to call them. The tech got our door working until they can install the new one with opener. We have a twenty five year old rental home that has seen it's share of abuse. Prompt and very professional. We should have called Precision before we wasted money on the other guy. With their warranty we should not have to pay for repairs for a long time.

I had a very old garage door opener that was malfunctioning. When Matt showed up to examine it, it was decided to replace it with a new one. I expected him to tell me that he needed to go get the parts he needed to do the job and return later to do the job. Instead, he had everything he needed and proceeded to get the job done right then. The quality of the new opener and Matt's performance far exceeded my expectations. He installed the opener and then cleaned up the bits and pieces left over from his work. He even went so far as to pick up a single staple that had fallen on the floor. I am VERY happy with the work that was done.

Very good experience, Drew was very nice and courteous. Had to put up with our dog Lulabelle, who was a nuisance but he was so kind. He installed the door quickly and programed my car remote, but I think the fast response to me calling and him showing up was what impressed me the most. Thanks so much Drew!

I was in a bit of a panic - car in garage and garage door was busted and would not open manually. Calling Precision was a surprise that they could get someone out to help me right away. The phone operator/scheduler was more than professional, and I noticed that she had a hi fidelity phone so I didn't ever have to repeat anything. The service man, Drew Bates, who arrived shortly was just amazing - explaining everything clearly and giving me options. I couldn't believe he had it all fixed in under an hour!

I had work done about 5 yrs ago and was very pleased. When my door started making lots of noise and not closing properly, I called and got an appointment the next day. David called and came before my appointment time. He checked it all out and said motor needed to be replaced, explained why and gave approximate cost. He did the whole job in about 1 and half hours. He explained and showed me how to use. Very pleased with Precision Door and David!!
