I had a weekend emergency as my garage door springs broke and I was stuck. I was afraid to try to left my door without power. So I called and a nice lady helped get me an appointment the next day, a Sunday!!! Luke arrived ahead of schedule and he did a great job buying me more time because I ordered a new door installation as my door was cracked on outside and nearing 20+ years old! Awaiting now the date for a new door and the price was right!!!! Thanks to Precision Door and I will highly recommend your company.

My garage door stopped working when I tried to program the outside keypad. It was very easy to book an appointment online. Luke called and told me that he would be right out. He explained that I had pushed the wrong buttons when I tried to program the keypad, but said it in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot for doing it. Once he got the motor fixed; he performed some periodic maintenance on the door. I mentioned in passing conversation that I was a veteran and I received a veteran's discount. A great experience. Luke was top notch and Precision is an awesome company to deal with.

Matt Taylor was our technician that came out not only was he wonderful about calling on the way. And arrived at the beginning of the timeframe window And when he arrived, he was able to take care of the problem we had with our garage door opener super fast and just a wonderful all-around guy! the technicians called as they were able to arrive earlier than plan, they evaluated my situation and wound up rebuilding the door my door is 24 years old. They showed me why each part need replaced, and the wear was obvious as well as potential for further break down. cost of repair as my door is a commercial one was cheaper to replace parts than get a new door. Also like the lifetime warranty on the parts they used. overall satisfied the technicians were pleasant and professional

Just finished a visit with Precision Garage Door Technician, Drew was my service technician who I had service my door last year, and as like last year he was Professional, Friendly and Polite. I had arranged with Mike at Roger’s store another good guy to have Drew take a look at my door to make sure all was in order before I replace and paint some of the decorative surface wood. Drew made a couple adjustments to door for perfection of panel gaps and door tension so now I can custom cut my decorative door wood pieces to perfection without concern.
