I chose Precision garage door because when they came out the first time to replace the springs and the rollers I had a great conversation with the young man Drew he is very skilled at what he is doing. I related well with the guy and felt very comfortable around him. He gave me options to choose from, and I still went with the higher option. I wanted the best for my garage door being that it is 53 years old precision garage door has been accompany. I’ve known for years and trust well with I am very happy and pleased with the young man’s work today and would most definitely recommend them. The price was very fair for what I thought for a brand new garage door opener, a keypad two new clickers a wall mount that actually tells you the temperature and you can program your new door clickers there instead of climbing a ladder.

Precision replaced my garage door in 2022. I noticed a very large amount of water in my garage after the last two big rains that we had and when I looked at the bottom of my garage door I noticed a small gap where I could see light showing through from outside. Chris came out to my house this morning and fixed the problem. The molding at the bottom of the door had shifted so Chris shifted it back into place. He also lubed the rollers for me as well so the door slides up and down more smoothly now. Chris was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service!

I contacted Precision Door Service because of all the great reviews. This sometimes doesn't turn out to be the case, but this time they were true. My garage door cable snapped and the door jammed crooked. This happened on Easter Sunday. I simply entered my contact info on their website and the office called and set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. The tech arrived early and in very little time I was back in business. The tech was great and very personable. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

I called for service because my garage door spring broke and caused a loud noise. I was told a technician was available same day. Tanner was the technician who came out to repair our garage door, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was done same day and efficiently, and he even took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent future problems. I really appreciated his expertise and attention to detail. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

My garage door spring popped at 4pm and they would've came out immediately but I opted for next day. Tanner showed up and in under 2 hours changed out both springs. I have been having problems with these doors off and on. I am 71 years old and tired of messing with it. I called and talked to your receptionist. She was very professional and took my info. Matt called around 4:00 and he had a great attitude he was very professional. He took care of the problem and now I can open the door without my back hurting. When you know what your doing it all seems so easy to line up. Great experience all around and I will definitely spread the word. Have a blessed day.

The young man, Matt that came out and fixed the the problem that was causing the door not to open is a very kind and respectful worker. He did what needed to be done in a very good time and was very helpful in what was wrong and that the door would need to be replaced and will be back to be done soon. Tanner came even earlier than scheduled—on a Sunday! He had no problem sizing up the problem and had the things he needed to fix it in his truck. He explained clearly the problem and the cost and time before he started. He had it fixed in less time than he predicted it would take and took my email address to send me the warranty information. I sure appreciate him for a job done rexpertly and quickly. Such a pleasure to deal with Precision and Tanner!
