Justin was extremely professional both in his knowledge of the business and the way he presented himself. We had everything replaced on 3 doors that including openers, motors, rollers, and springs. Had a great experience with precision door! The technician, John, arrived a couple of hours after placing the service call and was very helpful and courteous. He replaced a couple of parts on the door and now it works better than ever! Definitely plan on using him again to replace my aging torsion springs.
