Luke was raised in the suburbs of Chicago, where he grew up with his parents and six siblings. In 2012, he relocated to Northwest Arkansas. After nearly 20 years in the automotive industry, Luke made a successful career transition, a decision he is grateful for. He and his wife share their home with two dogs and two cats. Together, they have a passion for travel and anticipate many more adventures. Luke enjoys a variety of interests, including automobiles, music, Marvel comics, and cooking.

It was actually tough day for the technician. I noticed a broken spring when I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called Precision on their after/before hours line. I was told they had an opening at 10 to 12. Then I got a call back telling me they couldn’t get anyone out until the next day. I basically pleaded with them about my only car was stuck in the garage. I was told they would see what they could do and would call back. They said they would get a technician out from 4 to 6. The technician got here and had it fix in less than 30 minutes. I found out that they had someone on vacation and another called in sick. I was customer number 9 out of 10 that day.

My garage door failed on a Sunday, so I needed it repaired as quickly as possible. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday afternoon, and they had a technician scheduled to come out the very next day. Luke, the technician, called ahead to let me know he was expected to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. He actually finished another job early and called to ask if it would be okay to come sooner, which I really appreciated. When Luke arrived, he came in a well-equipped service truck stocked with tools and replacement parts. It was obvious he was prepared for just about anything. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my garage door, and he even took the time to inspect and test my second garage door to make sure everything was working properly. What impressed me most was his honesty. Rather than replacing parts unnecessarily and increasing the cost, Luke was able to repair some damaged components and save me money. The final price was extremely reasonable, and there were no surprises. Luke was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely pleasant to talk with throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty, customer service, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing garage door repairs or service. They responded quickly, did excellent work, charged a fair price, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.

I had a weekend emergency as my garage door springs broke and I was stuck. I was afraid to try to left my door without power. So I called and a nice lady helped get me an appointment the next day, a Sunday!!! Luke arrived ahead of schedule and he did a great job buying me more time because I ordered a new door installation as my door was cracked on outside and nearing 20+ years old! My garage door stopped working when I tried to program the outside keypad. It was very easy to book an appointment online. Luke called and told me that he would be right out. He explained that I had pushed the wrong buttons when I tried to program the keypad, but said it in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot for doing it. Once he got the motor fixed; he performed some periodic maintenance on the door. I mentioned in passing conversation that I was a veteran and I received a veteran's discount. A great experience. Luke was top notch and Precision is an awesome company to deal with.

Luke was our technician that came out to replace a spring on our garage door. While he was here we had asked him to look at other parts if he had the time. He confirmed our suspension of other things going bad such as roller, other springs and more. He was very knowledgeable and replaced all the parts without a fuss. Luke was very friendly and even came earlier than scheduled(after calling to confirm it was ok). I will be recommending precision to anyone who may need garage door repairs or installation.

Unfortunately my double garage door was not set up with two springs as its should have been. So I had spring breakage every three years. I called Precision Garage Door Service last night about 21:45 hrs directly after the last spring broke. Their Dispatch answered quickly, took my information and was extremely professional and precise. Luke was the Technician who was dispatched the next morning, he called me and asked if it was ok to head over early, of course early is great!!! Luke diagnosed several issues immediately, which one was only having one spring on the door. I wanted the door to work properly without additional strain on the hardware, and he set my door up as it should have been in the first place. Luke pays attention to detail, very professional, and is quick in his work. I will be using them for any needs including a future garage door replacement when necessary. I cannot recommend them enough, I will be telling folks about them to solicit their business when they need garage door work done, and done correctly. We had a malfunction of our relatively new garage door. Luke from Precision came the same day we called and fixed the issues in about 15 minutes.
