Very quick initial response time, within 2 hours of calling. The technician was very knowledgable and friendly. He fixed our problem the same day and we were able to get our cars out. He also gave us a quote to replace the damaged door. We were not expecting the quick response let alone the temporary fix the same day as calling.

I called Friday afternoon and had two new Liftmaster garage door openers installed and operating by 10:30 Saturday morning. Excellent response. Friendly and efficient technician (Luke). A tad pricey, but you get a lifetime warranty from the local dealer. If it ever fails, they promise to repair or replace it.

I bought a new garage door and opener four years ago. Last winter when we had a power outage I cancelled an appointment because I didn’t think I could get my car out of the doorless, detached garage. Another power outage this weekend reminded me to ask whether I needed to install a backup system. The technician came out two days later to check the system. He said I do have a backup, told me how it works, and how I can tell if battery is running low. He was very helpful and didn’t charge me to explain the backup feature. I have been pleased with how well the garage door works and am especially pleased with Prevision’s excellent customer service. I highly recommend them,

My garage door is a 2006 model with all original parts. The spring, cable, rollers, and bar all needed to be replaced.
