Luke was raised in the suburbs of Chicago, where he grew up with his parents and six siblings. In 2012, he relocated to Northwest Arkansas. After nearly 20 years in the automotive industry, Luke made a successful career transition, a decision he is grateful for. He and his wife share their home with two dogs and two cats. Together, they have a passion for travel and anticipate many more adventures. Luke enjoys a variety of interests, including automobiles, music, Marvel comics, and cooking.

I am so happy with the service I received from Luke this afternoon. He was very approachable, and explained everything he had done. He 100% did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and the charge for work done was very reasonable. The cables that attach the door to the spring had snapped on one side, leaving the door unable to open/close properly and hanging lopsided. Like replaced the cables, tensioned the spring properly and realigned the door as it should be. He also repositioned the motor arm correctly on the door as the previous owners had moved it, which was making it work harder. I will definitely use Precision again and recommend them to others.

Luke Zieman was the technician that sold me and installed my door openers. Luke did an excellent job. My name is not spelled correctly. Somehow you guys put my name down as Gary Sams. That is not correct. My name is Jerry Sams. Please change your records to reflect my name as Jerry Sams. This could become important due to the door openers having a lifetime warranty.

After trying both remote openers,and realizing neither of them were not working I called Precision door and explained my situation they set up a time for their technician to come check out the problem.The tech called and asked if he could come by earlier then the time set up.He was very attentive to the problem and had it resolved in short order.I am very pleased with the results of this and the technician was pleasant and professional and I will not hesitate to call Precision door for any problem with the garage door. Thank you.
