I had a weekend emergency as my garage door springs broke and I was stuck. I was afraid to try to left my door without power. So I called and a nice lady helped get me an appointment the next day, a Sunday!!! Luke arrived ahead of schedule and he did a great job buying me more time because I ordered a new door installation as my door was cracked on outside and nearing 20+ years old! Awaiting now the date for a new door and the price was right!!!! Thanks to Precision Door and I will highly recommend your company.

My garage door stopped working when I tried to program the outside keypad. It was very easy to book an appointment online. Luke called and told me that he would be right out. He explained that I had pushed the wrong buttons when I tried to program the keypad, but said it in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot for doing it. Once he got the motor fixed; he performed some periodic maintenance on the door. I mentioned in passing conversation that I was a veteran and I received a veteran's discount. A great experience. Luke was top notch and Precision is an awesome company to deal with.

Luke was our technician that came out to replace a spring on our garage door. While he was here we had asked him to look at other parts if he had the time. He confirmed our suspension of other things going bad such as roller, other springs and more. He was very knowledgeable and replaced all the parts without a fuss. Luke was very friendly and even came earlier than scheduled(after calling to confirm it was ok). I will be recommending precision to anyone who may need garage door repairs or installation.

I was very pleased with the quick response by service technician Luke. He corrected the issue within minutes, reprogrammed the controls and took time to explain what went wrong. Unfortunately my double garage door was not set up with two springs as its should have been. So I had spring breakage every three years. I called Precision Garage Door Service last night about 21:45 hrs directly after the last spring broke. Their Dispatch answered quickly, took my information and was extremely professional and precise. Luke was the Technician who was dispatched the next morning, he called me and asked if it was ok to head over early, of course early is great!!! Luke diagnosed several issues immediately, which one was only having one spring on the door. I wanted the door to work properly without additional strain on the hardware, and he set my door up as it should have been in the first place. Luke pays attention to detail, very professional, and is quick in his work. I will be using them for any needs including a future garage door replacement when necessary. I cannot recommend them enough, I will be telling folks about them to solicit their business when they need garage door work done, and done correctly. We had a malfunction of our relatively new garage door. Luke from Precision came the same day we called and fixed the issues in about 15 minutes. We were stuck in our house during a power outage when we discovered the spring on our garage door was broken. Even though it was a weekend, Luke with Precision Door Service came out and fixed our door, and made sure there was no other damage. He showed us parts of our 20 year old door that were close to also failing and replaced them at the same time, saving us from future issues and having to need more calls soon! We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and never felt pressured to do anything beyond what we called about, but we were extremely pleased to have him inspect the whole door and not just do a quick fix. We were initially attracted to Precision Door when we saw their listing online, and that they're veteran owned, and we were so impressed by the entire process, from communication and speed to quality of work.

Amazing and fast! Of course, our garage door chain popped off this morning as I was leaving for work to proctor a test. Not the best timing. However, my daughter called, and they were able to come out a few hours later that same day! The technician was fast and very professional! He got our door's chain/belt back on and working properly. Plush, he checked the entire door to make sure no further damage had occurred. This is the second time they came through in a clutch, when our garage door's spring broke at our previous home. They replaced the very old, worn-out spring (and added an additional spring which should have been there originally), replaced the garage door opener, and rebuilt the door (which was truly needed)! Both times, Precision Door was great, fast, and honest. I would highly recommend.
