Justin, my technician, was very professional. He was patient and explained everything to me, answering all my questions. He was honest and forthright as far as cost and needed repairs. He also took time to set garage codes up and explain use. I was very comfortable with him. He placed the motor and enforced the door. It was on the expensive side, no doubt, but hopefully worth it!

We were very pleased. We did not have an emergency type situation like some but needed maintenance. Ethen was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained the new system and workings of it and ask if we had questions. Honestly I had no idea a garage door with its new controls could do so much but can see the safety of having it for sure. Could not have been a better experience.

In the past your service has been very good. However the service I received today was not very good. First off the scheduling was very confusing. Three times I got a verbal time you would be here and three times a text confirming my appointment was different. Today I had a 12 to 2 appointment the technician arrived at 10 and I got a notice the technician was on his way at 10:43. I explained the problem to the technician that during most of the year the sun blinds the safety lights and won’t allow the door to close. He said that if it happens again to let precision door know and he would move the lights back from the door. That is what I wanted this visit as I explained to the lady that answered the phone.

We bought our complete door and motor in December of 2019 the install was smooth! Love our new door, we had some noise increase in October 2020, they came out and reajusted our door, it is quiet again, I would buy again from precision door! Also they respond very fast on the on line chat, I set up my adjustment appointment through it, perfect!

The service call was 50 dollars to fix a something that took 2 minutes to fix which I didn't have a problem with but he wanted 150 dollars more to fix after getting here I realized this was nothing but a scam gave him his 50 dollars and sent him on his way. I had to make a special trip back to fix it myself and it literally took 2 minutes I don't appreciate being scammed!
Mr. Jewell, As the Owner and a Sanctioned trainer for the industry here at Precision Door Service of NWA, I would like to sincerely apologize for how you interpreted your experience. Our policy states that there is a service fee for a technician to come out to your property and diagnose the issue with your door when it comes to repairs. This was quoted upfront in your phone call with us when you scheduled your appointment. After arriving at your property and upon doing his inspection, our technician diagnosed your 10 ft high (Commercial Door) as being off the tracks due to lack of maintenance, and a few (noted) worn parts. You were then presented with not one, but three different options based on your current and future plans for the door. Our options were designed to fix not just the door being off track, but also the root cause for why it happened and a warranty provided. When presented with the solution and fees associated with, you then denied the service, which is completely up to you. Please understand, we always have our customer's best interest at heart in all we do, and although you chose not to use us this time, we would hope that we might still have the opportunity to earn your business in the future.
