Hi Bradley, You received a quote from our "Call Center" (not our actual Rogers, AR office) they have a high rate of turnover so at times wrong prices are quoted. We appreciate you providing this information to us so that we can address the problem. While Precision Door is definitely not the cheapest on the block, but our warranties far surpass most garage door companies around. Absolutely worthy of a 5-star rating which I seldom give. Sam was courteous and professional. The time was set between 8-12 and he arrived at 8 AM starting my day with a smile. He fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable - less than expected, thank goodness. He also provided some great advice for preventive maintenance. I recommend this company and will use them again if/when I have garage door problems. Thank you all for the prompt, professional service.

I was considering installing my own garage door openers or having two installed. I called and asked aproximately how much a single unit would cost. When the technician arrived the in-person quote was more than 2x the original phone provided amount for what a single unit would cost. I politely declined, and grudgingly paid the Service Fee. Had there been transparency up front it would've saved everyone time and me the service fee. This was a bad experience, and I will not re-engage with this organization.
