My garage door stopped working when I tried to program the outside keypad. It was very easy to book an appointment online. Luke called and told me that he would be right out. He explained that I had pushed the wrong buttons when I tried to program the keypad, but said it in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot for doing it. Once he got the motor fixed; he performed some periodic maintenance on the door. I mentioned in passing conversation that I was a veteran and I received a veteran's discount. A great experience. Luke was top notch and Precision is an awesome company to deal with.

David and Ryan installed a new garage door system for me since my old unit wasn’t working properly and was at least 20 years old. They explained every step to me - including the price - during installation. Afterwards, they showed me how my new unit works as well as warranty and service in a way even I could understand! My garage door broke on Friday night (black Friday) at 8 30 PM. With zero expectations I performed a Google search of the area for garage technicians. My good fortune led me to contact Precision Door Service where the phone was answered by a live human that was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. My good fortune continued when the technician, Steve Colley, showed up on time and completed the servicing quickly and at the price agreed upon. A 5 star service without doubt.

Ur rep came out within one hour of my call. He wound up replacing my whole garage door opener. It was expensive; however, he did a good, quick job and the door is working fine now.
