Ethan was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. Growing up he is the oldest of 4 boys and played almost every sport possible. He graduated from Prairie Grove High School and attended the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. Now in his free time he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, fantasy football, and being in the great outdoors. He loves dogs, a good, cooked steak, and his beautiful wife! He takes pride in working for Precision garage doors and in the work that he does. He treats every customer like family and will go above and beyond for everyone he meets. The service performed on my garage door by Ethan was excellent. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem with the door and informing me of what he found, how he would fix it, and an estimated cost. I agreed to have him complete the work at the cost identified. He cleaned up the area when finished and explained how the door would work with the new parts. Ethan was patient and very professional in his interactions with me and my wife.

We were very pleased. We did not have an emergency type situation like some but needed maintenance. Ethen was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained the new system and workings of it and ask if we had questions. Honestly I had no idea a garage door with its new controls could do so much but can see the safety of having it for sure. Could not have been a better experience.
