A relative did not need your service but heard Precision was very good and they were the last tv commercial we watched. Our technician, Drew Bates met our expectations and went beyond. He called to see if ok to come earlier than scheduled time, was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. After making his diagnostic check he explained thoroughly what needed to be done to repair door and the price. If and when we need a repair call we will definitely call Precision & Drew Bates. Thank you

Drew Bates was the "Precision" technician this afternoon and he did a phenomenal job replacing my garage door motor, safety lights, remotes, and made several other needed adjustments. My doors are now quiet and smooth - better than new. He took his time to ensure I fully understood all charges and new features. Drew gets customer service!! Very happy - excellent service.

I had a quick response to my issue but they switched original appointment for an earlier time which was great but when I got the reminder it was the original appointment time not the new one. The tech was very helpful and called me about the cause of problems and the solution. Then he states that the door and mechanisms are old and need to be replaced. I therefore asked another company for a second opinion and they did not agree it needed replacing.

Looked for garage door repairs and locations near us. Called one no answer, called another and did not tell us until later in day that they could not get to us until you. Called Precision and actually answered call, gave me a choice of two times and said tech would call before arrival. He did that and also his picture and profile was sent. He looked the situation over and fixed our problem and advised us on other issues that we should be aware of. Very satisfied with the work and tech.

Trenton Dunn did an awesome job fixing & adjusting our son's 18ft wide garage door. Every step in this process he impressed me that he was well trained & knew what he was doing. Trenton was very courteous & professional, and answered all my questions clearly. His service and 'know how' beats what I've experienced with other businesses that repair garage doors for us. I'll be glad to call upon his services again.

I saw your AD on tv. Called this AM for repairman. Your great company sent a fantastic repairmen within an hr. I have never had a service man at my home that worked so hard to fix my garage door ever. So very nice and couldn’t ask for anything to go any better. When he finished repairing my door, it is working fantastic. Please let him know how much I appreciate his hard work . Thank you for your prompt service . While I would love to give more stars we were not impressed with the service we received! Justin was super nice and seemed knowledgeable but I felt that he was more interested in selling us new doors vs fixing our current one! We can now shut our door but he did not fix the door for us to use it with the opener and we were charged way more then what we thought it would be. We did ask when we called the service center about how much it would cost and they said around $100. We paid $250 +….We had no cables broken, it was off track and the door was torqued but nothing snapped to be replaced. He did replace one of the rollers (but the old one wasn’t broken either) so still confused why the fix of the door was so expensive and it’s not fixed! He really is a great salesman but with a 20 min (possibly less) fix, $250+ is a little crazy on cost of service! Justin was nice I don’t want that to go unnoticed but the cost of the service call was enough for us to think about looking elsewhere for future service and possible purchase of garage doors

I can honestly say that I was blown away with the customer service that we received. I got a phone call on Sunday after I posted this. They asked for a time to come up and take a look at the door. The director of operations and the lead tech came out to take a look at things. They also admitted to making a mistake and charging us for the wrong size door. When they came to our house this Wednesday they went over the problem and the fixes that were available. They arrived at 4:45 pm and did not leave until well after 7:30. They made sure the door was able to work but we knew due to the original damage we would have to spend some money fixing things. They also looked at our bigger door and showed us how horrible our builders contractor did on the install (a little over 2 years ago) and the same issues would need to be fixed. We didn’t want to purchase new garage doors and they didn’t suggest that. The came up with the best way to fix our current door. We will wait another week for the rest of the stuff ordered to come in but I can honestly say my husband and I were both happy with how they handled things the second time around and will be even more happy when we don’t have to worry about our doors anymore! I am so glad I was willing to give them a chance to make things right because they did just that! Thank you Lee bad Steve we appreciate you both!

They performed the services exactly as requested and written in the contract. The quality of their doors are superior to others in the area. Precision worked with us on changing dates of installing in our new construction due to delays, and even returned the next day to set up the remote in our car. Very professional people and a product that is aesthetic!

Amazing! He was super understanding with me when I was trying to decide what to do. He explained all my options-I asked for about 8 different options. He wasn’t pushy and was honest about what I needed to do vs what I could do. He explained everything so simply and made me feel sure that I will be getting the best and that it would be so much safer than I have now.
