I purchased a new garage door and opener about 2 years ago. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. Every person that I have dealt with has just been extremely kind and professional. They are very easy to schedule follow up appointments should you need them for anything. These people are honestly about the only company that I have dealt with recently that when you call, you are helped immediately. Not put on hold for ever or scheduled for a call back. Drew Bates was the "Precision" technician this afternoon and he did a phenomenal job replacing my garage door motor, safety lights, remotes, and made several other needed adjustments. I had a quick response to my issue but they switched original appointment for an earlier time which was great but when I got the reminder it was the original appointment time not the new one. The tech was very helpful and called me about the cause of problems and the solution. Then he states that the door and mechanisms are old and need to be replaced. I therefore asked another company for a second opinion and they did not agree it needed replacing.

Looked for garage door repairs and locations near us. Called one no answer, called another and did not tell us until later in day that they could not get to us until you. Called Precision and actually answered call, gave me a choice of two times and said tech would call before arrival. He did that and also his picture and profile was sent. He looked the situation over and fixed our problem and advised us on other issues that we should be aware of. Very satisfied with the work and tech.

I have never had a service man at my home that worked so hard to fix my garage door ever. So very nice and couldn’t ask for anything to go any better. While I would love to give more stars we were not impressed with the service we received! Justin was super nice and seemed knowledgeable but I felt that he was more interested in selling us new doors vs fixing our current one! We can now shut our door but he did not fix the door for us to use it with the opener and we were charged way more then what we thought it would be. We did ask when we called the service center about how much it would cost and they said around $100. We paid $250 +….We had no cables broken, it was off track and the door was torqued but nothing snapped to be replaced. He did replace one of the rollers (but the old one wasn’t broken either) so still confused why the fix of the door was so expensive and it’s not fixed! He really is a great salesman but with a 20 min (possibly less) fix, $250+ is a little crazy on cost of service! Justin was nice I don’t want that to go unnoticed but the cost of the service call was enough for us to think about looking elsewhere for future service and possible purchase of garage doors

They performed the services exactly as requested and written in the contract. The quality of their doors are superior to others in the area. I can honestly say that I was blown away with the customer service that we received. I got a phone call on Sunday after I posted this. They asked for a time to come up and take a look at the door. The director of operations and the lead tech came out to take a look at things. They also admitted to making a mistake and charging us for the wrong size door. When they came to our house this Wednesday they went over the problem and the fixes that were available. They arrived at 4:45 pm and did not leave until well after 7:30. They made sure the door was able to work but we knew due to the original damage we would have to spend some money fixing things. They also looked at our bigger door and showed us how horrible our builders contractor did on the install (a little over 2 years ago) and the same issues would need to be fixed. We didn’t want to purchase new garage doors and they didn’t suggest that. The came up with the best way to fix our current door. We will wait another week for the rest of the stuff ordered to come in but I can honestly say my husband and I were both happy with how they handled things the second time around and will be even more happy when we don’t have to worry about our doors anymore! I am so glad I was willing to give them a chance to make things right because they did just that! Thank you Lee bad Steve we appreciate you both!
