Dear Patrick, I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. First, all employees have been very courteous and professional. I first knew of your company when I requested an evaluation of the garage door when performing a pre-purchase home inspection. I am curious if the information provided to me after a purchase service call was also provided to the seller. Appears the door and opening mechanism is a "safety issue". The motor is failing which is the actual cause of the remote and wall switch working randomly. Upon assessment, it is recommended that the door be replaced which would include the motor and other items. This is substantial expense that I will now have to incur.
