David called and asked if he could arrive before the scheduled time. I agreed and when he got there he listened to my explanation of the lightening strike, quickly diagnosed the problem (which was a dead circuit board) and got right to work replacing the opener. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything about the new equipment. Very helpful and professional.

Our garage door was stuck in the open position. The safety light beam was broken, the door would not close. I immediately called Precision Garage Door Service because they had provided excellent service when I called them last year. Before I could hang up the phone I already received an email confirming the technician would arrive between 2 and 4 PM, the same day! Then I received a call from Tina; she made a change in the assigned Technician and wanted to be sure I was aware of the change. Then I received a text from David, the technician. Very professional, a photo and a short introduction about himself. The best part of course was the actual service and repair. David was efficient, he explained what he was doing, he tested everything and confirmed with me the new entry code settings. With technicians like David, they create a very positive image for this company. The results speak for themselves. Everything was fixed, professional, efficient, and friendly!

Our 20+ year old, double-car garage door “broke”. Precision Door Service technicians, David and Ryan, diagnosed and replaced the broken spring. They explained condition of the other moving parts. the technicians called as they were able to arrive earlier than plan, they evaluated my situation and wound up rebuilding the door my door is 24 years old. They showed me why each part need replaced, and the wear was obvious as well as potential for further break down. cost of repair as my door is a commercial one was cheaper to replace parts than get a new door. Also like the lifetime warranty on the parts they used. overall satisfied the technicians were pleasant and professional

Garage door failed at 3pm in the afternoon and by 4pm a service technician had arrived to fix my overhead door. There was nothing too serious just a cable that came off the track, so the cost was only a $129 service call. Great service and awesome response time. David my service technician was extremely helpful and polite. While he was at the house he made sure all three of my overhead doors were properly working and lubricated. Service was above and beyond.
