The process of scheduling a service technician to come out to give me a quote on installing a door on my shop was easy. They had a technician out the same day that I called. David Stubbs was on-time and very professional to work with. He answered my questions and explained the different options I had to get a garage door installed on my shop. We were hearing some strange sounds while our garage door was moving. We gave a call to Precision and they were here the same day. With there knowledge of what was going on they were able to do some simple adjustments and clear everything up. They were here to fix the problem quickly and not trying to make a big deal out of something simple. This is the only company I'll use for my garage door. David Stubbs was very professional and knowing what needed to be done and explained everything as he went.

My experiences with Precision have been excellent! I had two new doors installed a couple of years ago and developed a problem with one door making odd noises and not operating properly. David Stubbs, their technician, came out promptly as scheduled and diagnosed the problem immediately. It was a simple fix and that took less than 5 minutes to repair. He chalked this visit up to a "curtesy call" with no charge to me. I was impressed with his professionalism and great attitude! From Precision's original door installation to this recent service call, the Precision team has been great to work with. They do what they say, when they say it will be done, and they do it right! We called to have the coil spring replaced. An inspection revealed the need to rebuild the garage door. Our tech was able to show me the cracks in the hinges and the worn rollers and parts. I could see the wear and tear of thirty years and we agreed to update everything. We were given accurate information and fair pricing. The work was done quickly and everything runs so much better.

Storm killed out power unit to lift our garage door. David came out and took his time, evaluated the situation explaining what was wrong. While he was out we asked him about other issues we had seen and heard he showed us the issues were hearing and seeing. David was very through and polite the entire time even when it was reaching the high 80s in the garage with no breeze. I am extremely happy with the service offered by David and Percision professionals provided.

Will never recommend y'all to anyone due to the fact that the only option that I was given for the spring repair was the most expensive and if I would have been a person on a fixed income I couldn't of afforded it and would of still been charge $90.00 service fee. For spring replacement cost me $700.00 ridiculous I figure techs operate on commission base pay.

We realize our competitors may quote a lower price but often the parts by competitors are not of the same quality as the parts and services we offer. We believe in only offering long-term solutions. Since you have a double car garage and 1 spring broke we would suggest replacing both to make it safe and secure. Safety for our top priority, when one spring breaks it puts a heavy strain on the older spring. By not replacing both, the other spring will inevitably break as well. The Powder coated springs you purchased have 100% lifetime warranty, you will never have to replace or purchase again for as long as you own your home, you can rest assured that your door will be safe, secure and reliable for years to come.
