About 10 minutes before my appointment I received a text with information about Jacob's arrival and a picture of him as well. He then called a couple minutes later he personally called to give me his ETA. Upon arrival, he was very thorough with explanations of what he was going to do. He was very efficient in his work. Super friendly too!
