First I was never told about the cost I explained everything over the phone they said I had a warranty I had to pay 93$ it may not be much but in today economy it’s a lot I also paid maintenance as well like really I had no clue just by asking him to check a few things that cost so I am not happy plus when you guys installed it you didn’t even go over the camera things like that should’ve been explained to elderly person who is deaf in one ear , I will next time be careful who replace the next door

We had Precision come to our house to service our garage doors and diagnose a beeping sound from one of our openers. Chris was our technician and was very helpful and professional. He serviced the doors rollers and hinges and determined the cause of the intermittent beeping. Precision Garage Doors had Chris come to the house within a couple of hours from our call. I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision.
