Travis was very professional and explained everything. I was not thrilled to have to pay for repairs to a garage door on a recent home purchase, but Travis gave detail on all the repair options available. I would use Precision again, and ask for Travis if available.

I have used them before and I know that they are dependable and knowledgeable. They are on time and complete the job quickly and thoroughly. Dayton our technician called before he arrived, was very professional and took care of the door quickly. I plan to ask for him next time I need something fixed.

I waited a little bit to post this review just to make sure things were good. I have been very impressed with Precision. They have done a very good job of keeping me informed as to the progress of my order. The only "problem" I had was they were very busy when I wanted my door installed and the schedule was full; they installed it the next business day from what I wanted. I was okay with that. From the estimator to the installer, Precision has been nothing but professional. I love their text showing who is coming and giving a background on that person; makes me feel like I know them before they ever show up. I hope I never have to buy another door, but if I do, I'll call Precision.
