I waited a little bit to post this review just to make sure things were good. I have been very impressed with Precision. They have done a very good job of keeping me informed as to the progress of my order. The only "problem" I had was they were very busy when I wanted my door installed and the schedule was full; they installed it the next business day from what I wanted. I was okay with that. From the estimator to the installer, Precision has been nothing but professional. I love their text showing who is coming and giving a background on that person; makes me feel like I know them before they ever show up. I hope I never have to buy another door, but if I do, I'll call Precision.
