Had an appointment for 4PM, the office call and had a cancellation and the technician came at 8AM and performed temporary repairs. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable of his products and repairs needed. Instead of repair we ordered a new door that will be installed in a few weeks.

Precision Door Service to the rescue, AGAIN! Over the years they've replaced springs, a garage door opener, and adjusted the sensors. Of course, it's always an "emergency" and they are very responsive. The phone agents are patient, and the techs are very professional and friendly. Today, the technician had my sensors adjusted correctly before I answered the door!! Good service is so hard to find these days, and you'll get it from Precision Door Service.

Matt was my technician, he was very professional and obviously knew his job well. He did an excellent job installing a new automatic garage door opener and replacing the rollers. The only concerns I have are that I believe you are taking advantage of your customers by charging $32.50 per 7” sealed bearing roller when I know that they can be purchased on Amazon for approximately $35.00 or less for a package of 10. Also you charged $1,391.03 for the Liftmaster 98022 garage door opener when the exact model can be purchased on Amazon for $650.00. Please be more thoughtful to your customers in the future by providing a fair estimate for materials used. With inflation as it is, it is getting more difficult for customers to afford service and repairs when prices are unfairly inflated.

Absolutely gorgeous garage door installed today by Chris! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Although there was a 2.5 week gap between ordering and installation, it was well worth the wait. The original tech who came to estimate the job, Matt, did a superior job. I couldn't be more pleased and am no longer held hostage by my old broken door! Complete door and opener replacement.

I’mIt was really stroke of luck I contacted Precision. I had contacted another company and stated what I was needing. Now I’ll cut to the chase. After making 3 phone calls to see where the Tech was that was supposed to call me and I was told not to worry, he’d contact me on the 3 different calls I made. Well the time I made the last call, I told them to forget it. I checked on Precision next. I should have contacted them first. Matt greeted me like he’d known me all my life. He went right to work. Had everything fixed in no time. He was very respectful, informative and kind. He even called and arrived ahead of schedule. Explained about everything he did. Also, the lady that took my call and did the scheduling was very nice and polite. I know this, should I ever have any problems with my garage door, I won’t hesitate to call them. I had a very old garage door opener that was malfunctioning. When Matt showed up to examine it, it was decided to replace it with a new one. I expected him to tell me that he needed to go get the parts he needed to do the job and return later to do the job. Instead, he had everything he needed and proceeded to get the job done right then. The quality of the new opener and Matt's performance far exceeded my expectations. He installed the opener and then cleaned up the bits and pieces left over from his work. He even went so far as to pick up a single staple that had fallen on the floor. I am VERY happy with the work that was done.
