Matt Taylor was our technician that came out not only was he wonderful about calling on the way. And arrived at the beginning of the timeframe window And when he arrived, he was able to take care of the problem we had with our garage door opener super fast and just a wonderful all-around guy! I Absolutely recommend precision door for any repairs or anything you need for your garage door or garage door openers. We had used a previous company and were sadly disappointed. But precision garage door and Matt the technician again I can’t say enough great things about them. They are definitely your one and only Call for your garage door needs!!!!!

Matt did a OUTSTANDING job on my door. The door was 22 years old and he had to do a complete rebuild. I could not have had better service. About 10 years ago was the first time you serviced my door and the problems that time was completely repaired.

Absolutely gorgeous garage door installed today by Chris! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Although there was a 2.5 week gap between ordering and installation, it was well worth the wait. The original tech who came to estimate the job, Matt, did a superior job. I couldn't be more pleased and am no longer held hostage by my old broken door! Complete door and opener replacement.

Matt was out here to examine the damage to my garage door. He made a few minor adjustments so that I will still be able to open and close the door while waiting for replacement parts that had to be ordered, to come in. He was also kind enough to bring my trash can back up the hill of a driveway I have.

The young man, Matt that came out and fixed the the problem that was causing the door not to open is a very kind and respectful worker. He did what needed to be done in a very good time and was very helpful in what was wrong and that the door would need to be replaced and will be back to be done soon. Luke Zieman was the technician that sold me and installed my door openers. Luke did an excellent job. My name is not spelled correctly. Somehow you guys put my name down as Gary Sams. That is not correct. My name is Jerry Sams. Please change your records to reflect my name as Jerry Sams. This could become important due to the door openers having a lifetime warranty.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. They are not interested in repairing your garage door, they are only there to sell you a new one. Their tech came up with a flimsy reason for me to buy one, then refused to do anything at all to repair my door. Instead, he left me with a non-functional door, which I could not raise of lower. He said that Precision would incur "too much legal liability" if they fixed my door. I suggested he tell his bosses that leaving a senior citizen trapped in their garage, unable to get out in case of an emergency would cause far more medical, legal liability than simply fixing the door. Instead, I called an independent repair service who showed up immediately and replaced my broken spring, which was all that was wrong. It cost me thousands less than a new door, and everything is working fine. I did not fall for Precision's phony new garage door line and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Use them at your own risk.

Called to schedule someone to fix a 22 year garage door with an 8 year broken spring. Was told $99 to $299. Service guy shows up and says he will ONLY replace with 2 springs for $800 to $1100. I say no but then have to pay $50 for him to leave. Was never told about a service call fee.

Zack was great. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything that I didn’t need but took the time to show me exactly why the parts that were failing needed to be replaced. The garage door opens and closes now more smoothly and quieter than it has in years.
