Called to schedule someone to fix a 22 year garage door with an 8 year broken spring. Was told $99 to $299. Service guy shows up and says he will ONLY replace with 2 springs for $800 to $1100. I say no but then have to pay $50 for him to leave. Was never told about a service call fee.

The Service Fee as we spoke also includes a 27 point Safety Inspection, and any of our recommendations of repairs that may be needed to get you back to having a fully operating garage door that's safe for you and your family. I saw your commercial on TV. It said you could call 24/7, fast response time, all needed parts on truck and expert technicians. All true. I called on Thursday evening and your technician, Jacob Baggett, arrived at 9:30 Friday morning, did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener and was finished by 10:30. It was a pleasure working with your company and would highly recommend to anyone needing quick, professional service.

My garage door malfunctioned making it useless. They aranged to have a technician come by and inspect it, after the inspection it was determined it needed to be replaced as I had suspected, placed an order and then he worked on my door so that I could at least open and close it by hand no charge. Was very thankful that I was able to get a technician out to my home after I backed into my garage door! I was 4pm and everyone I called wouldn't be able to get to it till the following day, I did not want to leave my garage door open overnight and unsecured, Thankfully Michael Bray was able to get got to my home that evening, he was very informative and quick to asses the issue and had my door up and running in a couple hours! I highly recommend Percision and will be using them for all my garage door needs and will be recommending them to anyone that will be needing service!.
