The technician was great and the service was good. We got our garage door fixed on a weekend. The price was a bit higher than expected. I was told it would be 49.95 for service call and it depended on the service. The technician came out and I was charged 278 for a major repair. They are a bit higher than expected.

I called precision garage door because it was the first one I saw when I searched! The gentlemen that came to look at repairing my 35 year old opener were very helpful. Chad and Nick informed me of my option and I choose to purchase a new unit. They installed it promptly and were respectful and courteous along the way. Precision was the third company we had come out to our property to deal with issues. After those other two experiences, I can say that Precision's customer service was outstanding. Matt diagnosed the issue promptly on his first visit. When the part came in, he brought Ethan to assist in making the repairs. They cleaned everything up when they left. I wish I had saved myself the grief and aggravation and called Precision first. Lesson learned.

I had a very old garage door opener that was malfunctioning. When Matt showed up to examine it, it was decided to replace it with a new one. I expected him to tell me that he needed to go get the parts he needed to do the job and return later to do the job. Instead, he had everything he needed and proceeded to get the job done right then. The quality of the new opener and Matt's performance far exceeded my expectations. He installed the opener and then cleaned up the bits and pieces left over from his work. He even went so far as to pick up a single staple that had fallen on the floor. I am VERY happy with the work that was done.

Service was on time , very pleasant repair man. Was satisfied with service. Only negative , was quoted a price on the springs before Repair, invoice showed not as quoted.
