Your tech was polite and did a good job in the inspection & repairs. However, whenever I was chatting with your website representative on December 11, I was somewhat disappointed. While asking what your service rate was, the rep’s reply stated that it was $89 and that it was waived if the tech completed the work. The rep was confused that it hey had sent me a reply ku intended for someone else. This is very unprofessional and doesn’t make a good impression.

Justin and Jason did an absolutely wonderful job installing my new garage door opener. It broke the night before Thanksgiving and they were here the day after Thanksgiving fixing it that’s pretty good service in anybody’s book. The work was exemplary. It wasn’t inexpensive, but you get what you pay for

I called Precision to fix a broken spring. They came out promptly and gave a bid of $1100.00 to my wife. I told them to to leave. I then called Southwest Garage Door Co who came out and fixed my garage doo for $175.00. I paid Precision their $49.95 service fee and save almost $1000.00 by using Southwest. Thanks Precision for costing me and extra $50 for nothing. You guys are the storm chasers of garage doors. I won’t waste my time calling you again.

Great job. Answered questions well, explained things to help with clarifications. Worked efficiently and independently. Polite and personable. Just one unanswered question. After he left I found a nice shiny and new hexheaded lock nut on the garage floor. Is something missing above?

I immediately received an email confirmation of the same day appointment along with a follow-up text introducing Justin Peterson as the technician. Justin called ahead and arrived within 2 ½ hours from my initial call and presented himself very professionally. During the snowstorm my old garage door opener ceased to work. I called Precision and they came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, installed the needed equipment and I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card. From the time the worker arrived to the time he left was about an hour and a half. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend them.

Aaron Hart, was our service technician that came out to our home. He was very pleasant and professional most of all arrived on time even called when he was 30 min out. He did a 25 point inspection and replaced rollers and cables and suggested future issue we might want to address. I would give this 5 stars....however...I just got back from the grocery store, just hours after the guys finished and discovered 2 dents in the panel just below the panel with the windows in it. I am sick about this. I have taken pictures of them and will text them to you. If you're looking straight on you don't notice them so much but at an angle, they are quite noticeable. The installers were great guys but as expensive as this door was, I wanted it to be perfect. Very disappointed!
