I have great appreciation for what it takes to provide excellent customer service and that was my experience from the initial call through the entire process. I immediately received an email confirmation of the same day appointment along with a follow-up text introducing Justin Peterson as the technician. Justin called ahead and arrived within 2 ½ hours from my initial call and presented himself very professionally. He gave me a quick assessment of the situation, provided alternatives, and had the job completed within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Precision Door and Justin in particular. During the snowstorm my old garage door opener ceased to work. I called Precision and they came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, installed the needed equipment and I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card. From the time the worker arrived to the time he left was about an hour and a half. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend them.

Aaron Hart, was our service technician that came out to our home. He was very pleasant and professional most of all arrived on time even called when he was 30 min out. He did a 25 point inspection and replaced rollers and cables and suggested future issue we might want to address. I thought I had called another local company to come out and fix my garage door when I googled them and had called Precision by mistake. That mistake ended up being in my favor because they showed up when I got off work, on time, and serviced my garage door and got it closing again. Your positive customer reviews led me to call you when the spring on the garage door broke. I would say the positive reviews were well merited as I will add my name to those who felt they received 5 star service. Very professional service with clear and precise explanation of choices available and their costs and coverages. Technician was very polite and courteous and I felt went above and beyond in his inspection, explanations, and installation. After the job was completed he reviewed all aspects with me and we confirmed operation. I would most certainly recommend Precision.
