I had been calling our previous provider for a simple fix for 5 days. No response……. One call to Precision and the next day it was fixed. The tech was VERY PROFESSIONAL and had everything he needed on the truck. A new customer for life!!!

Service was on time , very pleasant repair man. Was satisfied with service. Only negative , was quoted a price on the springs before Repair, invoice showed not as quoted.

Not really happy at all. I scheduled for a new seal to be installed and specifically mentioned to the call center that we needed an accelerated schedule due to rain. The tech shows up, looks at the garage door, and says that neither location has any door seals in stock. Now, we have lost two days of time to get it completed by someone else. Guess I was wrong, but I thought door seals were one of the most basic items to stock for a professional garage door company?
Thank you for your review. We need feedback from our customers, both satisfied and unsatisfied to improve our business. Yes, we do keep bottom seal in-stock but please keep in mind there are different sizes with 2" being the most popular. We usually have a truck that brings our seal inventory once a week, this week they did not \put the 2" seal on the truck so needless to say we did not have it for your appointment. Also the appointment from the call center only stated bottom seal not 2" bottom seal which would have all the difference in getting you scheduled. Again thank you for your feedback!

Sam Manes was prompt and very professional. My opener was an easy fix but I had been considering a new garage door system as mine was over 25 years old. I had been checking out prices and Precision Door was in right in the ball park. They offered an 18 month financing with Synchrony with no interest if paid within the 18 month timeframe.
