The ladies that I talked to on the phone were very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Matt Taylor the service technician was AWESOME!!! He discovered the problems, and he explained everything that needed to be done to repair. Very kind and knowledgeable. He repaired the problem, and now it sounds like a new door.

From first contact, they were very responsive. Appointment made for the following day. They called to schedule an earlier appointment which was fine. Matt came out and talked with my husband, very polite young man. The quote was a bit pricey so we are still unsure of our next move.

30 minutes after the technician left the opener quit working again. I called back, a lady called me back and said she would check and call me back shortly. An hour later I still haven't heard from her. I live alone and can't manually open and close the door by my self.
