I called Precision Garage Door for battery back up battery replacement and garage door preventive maintenance and they were out the next day. Ethan, the garage door specialist, was professional, thorough and conscientious of vehicles and making sure I was satisfied prior to leaving. Ethan provided a walk thru of areas that I need to watch for future replacement.

Drew Bates came to my home yesterday afternoon because my primary garage door suddenly sounded like something was loose or broken and ready to go 'off the rails'. I actually had some bad bearings, spring at top of door and the 10 rollers in the rails. Today my door opened so smoothly and so quiet. THANK YOU! Drew was so patient and professional. Knew how to explain the problem and the solution with no fuss. Precision Door is my only go-to in the future

Ethan of Precision Door Service of Northwest AR replaced the garage door springs on 7-6-2026. On 8-11-2026 Ethan came as a courtesy call and adjusted the garage door so it did not drive a hole in the concrete as it came down. Ethan restored my faith in Precision. He was a gentleman, courteous, professional, answered all my questions. In other words I was a happy camper and will be calling Precision again in the future. Also, I would like Ms Tina to be recognized as she was kind, professional, helpful, understanding when I called with all my questions and concerns regarding my problems on the 7-6-2026 appointment. She too was very courteous and professional plus she discovered that a elderly discount had not been applied. My only suggestion would be when a person calls in with a problem is that the call center lets you know that they will pass the call on to Precision and that they are only the middle man and not Precision.

Experience was great, far exceeded my expectations, I now have a quiet door & a safe door. Luke first checked how the door operated & pointed out the double door had springs too small, showed what it should do when raised half way manually. He went over all the cost involved in replacing the openers, springs & accessories, the price was very reasonable compared to what I was previously quoted. He started immediately even though it was blistering hot in the garage. What they advertised is what they do, quality work by professionals.

My door was completely jacked and Drew showed up when he said he would, giving me a 30 minute heads up before he arrived. He assessed the door and gave me a quote immediately, I approved it and he worked right away and within an hour my door was better off than before I broke it. 10/10 if you have door troubles, use precision service and if you value top tier customer service don’t hesitate to ask for Drew!!

Ryan serviced our garage door. He was prompt, professional, explained everything before he began, in addition quoting a price before completing the repair. Ryan also answered a variety of questions regarding insulating the door and what changes that would be needed. He explained and demonstrated where to put lubricant to keep door running smoothly. Had great service from my technician, Ryan. I just needed an inspection and tune-up. He got all the doors working smoothly, pointed out some areas of concern, but did not give me a hard sell to replace anything. Precision is the best, and I appreciate their good service!

David called and asked if he could arrive before the scheduled time. I agreed and when he got there he listened to my explanation of the lightening strike, quickly diagnosed the problem (which was a dead circuit board) and got right to work replacing the opener. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything about the new equipment. Very helpful and professional.

Excellent service! I called Precision after 8pm one evening to request service—so happy they have 24-hour phone assistance. The tech,Drew Bates showed up the next afternoon, quickly assessed the problem with my door, and clearly explained the cause of the issue and what he would do to fix it. Within about half hour the repair was complete. I really appreciated Drew’s professionalism, expertise, and careful attention to detail. I highly recommend this business.

I chose Precision because I was offered a coupon which provided a discount for the initial visit. Technicians were courteous and professional, and the Liftmaster belt driven door openers which replaced the chain driven openers are top tier; however, the markup on services (labor) and products was excessive.

Our 20+ year old, double-car garage door “broke”. Precision Door Service technicians, David and Ryan, diagnosed and replaced the broken spring. They explained condition of the other moving parts. Really no pressure, just information. A few other parts needed replacing and all new parts have Lifetime Warranty. The garage door now lifts and closes smoothly and quietly.

We requested a code change for two garage doors. Precision had someone at our home within one hour. He reset both garage interior pads, both exterior pads, both car pads, and two alternate pads in record time. I was impressed. We received fast and courteous service. Nice Job!
