Garage Door Repair Reviews in Rogers/ Bentonville Area, AR (Updated June 2026)

It was actually tough day for the technician. I noticed a broken spring when I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called Precision on their after/before hours line. I was told they had an opening at 10 to 12. Then I got a call back telling me they couldn’t get anyone out until the next day. I basically pleaded with them about my only car was stuck in the garage. I was told they would see what they could do and would call back. They said they would get a technician out from 4 to 6. The technician got here and had it fix in less than 30 minutes. I found out that they had someone on vacation and another called in sick. I was customer number 9 out of 10 that day.

the technicians called as they were able to arrive earlier than plan, they evaluated my situation and wound up rebuilding the door my door is 24 years old. They showed me why each part need replaced, and the wear was obvious as well as potential for further break down. cost of repair as my door is a commercial one was cheaper to replace parts than get a new door. Also like the lifetime warranty on the parts they used. overall satisfied the technicians were pleasant and professional

Great custom service from Technician Ethan Guenther! He lubed the garage door and showed me how to see up the Wi Fi. He noticed a sound from the track and advised to call if it got louder.He was very professional and answered all my questions. Thanks, Ethan!

Excellent service! They were easy to schedule, Ethan was my tech showed up on time, expained my problem I have a an old system he did a fantastic job at explaining what caused the issue other issues i could see as a result of the age of the system and gave me varying levels of repair options and Estimated costs Also gave me a rough Estimate on a Newer System should i go thay route. Overall I had an excellent experience with Ethan and precision i will definitely give them all call when i go to update my system. On time. Listened to customer! Accurately assessed. Efficiently addressed issues. Suggested options and alternatives for short vs. longer solutions! Cleaned up work area! Programmed new remotes and tested. Showed ways to increase longevity of service! Took either cash or credit card. Basically, did everything but offer to haul off my trash bags!! What better customer service could you ask for? And, all at a most reasonable price!! PS: We'll be back, and tell others in the meantime.

Had a great experience with Precision today. Easy to make an appointment online and the two gentlemen who did the work, David and Zack, could not have been more professional or nicer. They showed me everything they did and expIained why they were doing it. I am so thankful to now have a safe, working garage door. Don't know enough to say if the price was the best in town but I can certainly think everything else was the best in town.

Responded quickly to our service request. Diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution on the spot. Made the repairs at a reasonable cost and even called back to make sure that it was functioning properly. Can’t expect anything more than that.
