Garage door failed at 3pm in the afternoon and by 4pm a service technician had arrived to fix my overhead door. There was nothing too serious just a cable that came off the track, so the cost was only a $129 service call. Great service and awesome response time. David my service technician was extremely helpful and polite. While he was at the house he made sure all three of my overhead doors were properly working and lubricated. Service was above and beyond.

Our Garage door broke late Saturday night they had a service person there at 8:00 am Sunday he gave me a estimate had it fixed in 45 min handed me the bill it was less then the cost we had agreed on. I am very happy with the price and service. I will use them again when needed. J. Schoo

The tech got our door working until they can install the new one with opener. We have a twenty five year old rental home that has seen it's share of abuse. Prompt and very professional. We should have called Precision before we wasted money on the other guy. With their warranty we should not have to pay for repairs for a long time.

Luke came out and replaced a broken spring. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. Even though he had been given some mislabeled springs, he patiently went through the process to correct everything and make sure all was working properly. I called the office and ask for a technician to come out and look at my garage door problem. Seth Ottino was the technician that arrived. I showed him the garage door and he reviewed it for problems. I told him the bottom panel was bowed due to backing into it and bowed the bottom panel. He told me he could repaired it with additional struts to keep it from bowing. He installed the 2 struts, raised the garage door a couple of time to make sure it was fixed. The garage door was working fine with no bow and was fixed. I thanked him very much for helping me. He gave me his card and I was very pleased with his service.

I called to have my garage door repaired; David Stubbs was at my house within 15 minutes of my call. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He had it fixed fairly quickly and at a reasonable price. Glad I used this company and will use them again if needed. I highly recommend Precision to anyone!!

Caveat Emptor. I contacted Precision to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The door has two of the same age, so I expected to replace both. These springs were installed six years ago for $400. Precision charged $275 and $270 for the new springs. They are powder-coated, unnecessary since they are not exposed to the elements. The installer then attempted to up-sell with new rollers (16 rollers, $32/each), new cables, and hinges. Rollers are $25 for a 10-pack at Lowes and easily replaced by a homeowner. The bill would have more than doubled if I agreed to these additions. This is my first and last experience with Precision.
