Our garage door was not operating properly so I called Precision Garage Door NWA. At 8:00 am on Sunday. The technical arrive to repair our issue.The technician was very friendly and had all the skills needed to repair our garage door. My wife and I have been completely satisfied with our garage door and the talented technicians that installed and repaired our door.

A big shout out and thank you to Drew Bates, who clearly and calmly led us through an understanding of how garage doors operate, and what we need to do to replace our 23 year-old garage doors so that they operate as we need them to. Interestingly, our across the street neighbor walked over, to make a garage door connection, too.

Justin was wonderful!!! Very professional explain what all needed to be repaired. They are not pushy and explain everything in layman terms. We needed the torsion spring changed. It did not take him long to change it. I would definitely recommend the company and Justin.

I am so happy with the service I received from Luke this afternoon. He was very approachable, and explained everything he had done. He 100% did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and the charge for work done was very reasonable. The cables that attach the door to the spring had snapped on one side, leaving the door unable to open/close properly and hanging lopsided. Like replaced the cables, tensioned the spring properly and realigned the door as it should be. He also repositioned the motor arm correctly on the door as the previous owners had moved it, which was making it work harder. I will definitely use Precision again and recommend them to others.

Justin Peterson was fantastic, he did a complete inspection of the garage door. He explained everything he found, pointed out things that could wait and things we needed to fix now. He changed the springs, a cable and bearings in about an hour. The paper work was well paperwork. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs their door fixed.

This was my first time to use Precision Garage Door of Northwest Arkansas and could not be more pleased. I called around 7:30 am and they were here by 10:00 am the same morning! Justin was great and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I strongly recommend Precision Garage Door and will definitely call them again when the need arises!
