I was impressed with the rapid service. I contacted Precision using the online scheduler, and the technician showed up an hour later. He saw the problem, told me what needed to be done, and was finished in about 20 minutes. He was polite and friendly and did an excellent job.

Luke was so professional and efficient. The time was 2-4 but called and said he could come around 1 and was here. Explained the problem and gave me 2 options. My garage door broke on a Sunday and you guys were the only folks that I could find that we open. Your rep arrived about 3 hours after I requested service, replaced the springs, and attachment cables and checked it out. Costs seemed elevated but I had no relative recent repairs to confirm or not. Rep was pleasant, professional, and said he could repair door in about an hour, which he did. I paid by check and then he left.

I have a precision door so I called you to replace the motor after a lightning strike. A serviceman was sent out within two hours of my call. The serviceman was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I asked him to open the unit up so I would have pictures for insurance purposes, he did so and he took several shots showing the scorch marks and other damage. I was very pleased with how quick and easy the whole issue was handled.

David and Ryan installed a new garage door system for me since my old unit wasn’t working properly and was at least 20 years old. They explained every step to me - including the price - during installation. Afterwards, they showed me how my new unit works as well as warranty and service in a way even I could understand! I bought a new garage door and opener four years ago. Last winter when we had a power outage I cancelled an appointment because I didn’t think I could get my car out of the doorless, detached garage. Another power outage this weekend reminded me to ask whether I needed to install a backup system. The technician came out two days later to check the system. He said I do have a backup, told me how it works, and how I can tell if battery is running low. He was very helpful and didn’t charge me to explain the backup feature. I have been pleased with how well the garage door works and am especially pleased with Prevision’s excellent customer service. I highly recommend them,
