Our technicians arrived on time and were very polite. They both told us their names and thanked us for their business. The technicians explained everything they were doing and were very professional. We have used Precision for several years from repairing an older door to putting in a new one that we have been very pleased with. We have had a couple service calls with some of the mechanics but it was easily fixed and the service team is very professional.

We were hearing some strange sounds while our garage door was moving. We gave a call to Precision and they were here the same day. With there knowledge of what was going on they were able to do some simple adjustments and clear everything up. They were here to fix the problem quickly and not trying to make a big deal out of something simple. This is the only company I'll use for my garage door. David Stubbs was very professional and knowing what needed to be done and explained everything as he went.

The torsion spring snapped on a Sunday, trapping our vehicle in the garage. Justin responded quickly, installed the spring, and had it working again in no time at all. Amazing service provided, especially on a weekend.

After trying both remote openers,and realizing neither of them were not working I called Precision door and explained my situation they set up a time for their technician to come check out the problem.The tech called and asked if he could come by earlier then the time set up.He was very attentive to the problem and had it resolved in short order.I am very pleased with the results of this and the technician was pleasant and professional and I will not hesitate to call Precision door for any problem with the garage door. My Husband Gary contacted your company and we are both glad that your sales person was and is Drew Bates. Drew is a man we will be able to work with and any problems we might one day have. Our new garage doors have completely changed the look (i.e., curb appeal) of our house. Also, the new openers are much quieter and better functioning than our old units. However, most importantly is the quality of service we received during installation. My garage door spring popped at 4pm and they would've came out immediately but I opted for next day. Tanner showed up and in under 2 hours changed out both springs. He educated me on long term care and was respectful of our needs, budget and property. I greatly appreciate Tanner and Precision for the quality of their service.
