When I called Precision Garage Door to ask for help with an inoperable garage door, I was scheduled for that same day. Anthony worked me into his schedule after hours on a Friday! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and had my door working in no time. Thank you Anthony and Precision!

Review:

I appreciated the fact that a tech could come out same day and fix my broken springs, but when I called and said I’ve had someone look at it and I just need springs replaced I don’t want to be up-saled to buy a $1,000 door. The tech was insistent we needed a new door then said if we wouldn’t buy the new door we would need to sign off on some “liability” because apparently the door could “fall down” at any moment. Nothing makes me less trusting of a tech when I already know the issues and you try to tell me I need to buy something that isn’t needed. I felt like their price was rather high anyways but once the tech come out I just needed it done. I won’t be calling Precision Door Service again.

I was very satisfied with the technician knowledge and speed that he finished his work in a timely manner. Also wearing a mask, he was polite and helpful. Also I received a senior discount.
