I was having trouble with My-Q garage door opener. Replaced logic board. Could not connect to WiFi. My friend gave me Precision Door’s information and I scheduled an appt. Justin was very good at texting and letting me know what the plan was for the service. He was quick and efficient. He let me know that a sealant on the bottom of the door would be advisable to make a better seal for weather. Not sure why he didn’t do that after applying the seal to the bottom of the door, but perhaps that wasn’t part of the service.

I called for service because my garage door spring broke and caused a loud noise. I was told a technician was available same day. Tanner was the technician who came out to repair our garage door, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was done same day and efficiently, and he even took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent future problems. I really appreciated his expertise and attention to detail. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

I am so happy with the service I received from Luke this afternoon. He was very approachable, and explained everything he had done. He 100% did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and the charge for work done was very reasonable. The cables that attach the door to the spring had snapped on one side, leaving the door unable to open/close properly and hanging lopsided. Like replaced the cables, tensioned the spring properly and realigned the door as it should be. He also repositioned the motor arm correctly on the door as the previous owners had moved it, which was making it work harder. I will definitely use Precision again and recommend them to others.

Justin Peterson was fantastic, he did a complete inspection of the garage door. He explained everything he found, pointed out things that could wait and things we needed to fix now. He changed the springs, a cable and bearings in about an hour. The paper work was well paperwork. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs their door fixed.

We had a great first experience. This was our first garage repair as home owners and we didn’t know what to expect. Our technician was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient with us. He carefully looked at everything, not just the spring that was broken and fixed a big issue with our cables. Nobody wants to spend money on repairing things, but it has to be done and we feel like we got a fair deal and we were taken care of.
