Steve is always so responsive and good to us! We’ve had issues with our two doors (that were NOT originally installed by Precision Door-unfortunately!) and he’s gone above and beyond trying to get them working appropriately! We can’t say enough good things about Precision Door!

We are new to the area and needed someone to "tune up" our garage door and replace a weathered bottom door seal. Jaden, our representative, was courteous, professional, timely, and polite. He explained everything he did and asked if I had any questions. He even laughed at my dumb jokes and not so funny comments. Most importantly, he represents your company well!

Excellent response time and service! Trenton Dunn was a pleasure to work with, displayed professionalism, very friendly and knowledgeable. He left the door operating better than it was prior to the breakdown: the cable was broken and the door had partly jumped the track. He took the time to explain operational features of both the doors and the opener, gave me maintenance tips and programmed my remote controls. Well done Trenton!
