Matt was my technician, he was very professional and obviously knew his job well. He did an excellent job installing a new automatic garage door opener and replacing the rollers. The only concerns I have are that I believe you are taking advantage of your customers by charging $32.50 per 7” sealed bearing roller when I know that they can be purchased on Amazon for approximately $35.00 or less for a package of 10. Also you charged $1,391.03 for the Liftmaster 98022 garage door opener when the exact model can be purchased on Amazon for $650.00. Please be more thoughtful to your customers in the future by providing a fair estimate for materials used. With inflation as it is, it is getting more difficult for customers to afford service and repairs when prices are unfairly inflated.

The technician was great and the service was good. We got our garage door fixed on a weekend. The price was a bit higher than expected. I was told it would be 49.95 for service call and it depended on the service. The technician came out and I was charged 278 for a major repair. They are a bit higher than expected.

Only had it for three days but like it so far. It only took a few hours to put the doors and stuff in and he cleaned up after he was done.

Tech immediately tried to sell me more or “better” parts. Started project and messed up the spring. Had to correct this so it took more time which I was then charged for after he called “the boss” who said to do that. I pre paid Home Depot for the door opener /installation project then had to pay another 145 bucks over that initial price. Tech dropped a light bulb on the garage floor but “ tried” to clean it up…….things happen I guess.

Replaced garage door opener. It took a week after I contacted them to get my garage door opener replaced. The man was very nice, knew what he was doing. I am happy with the final product. BUT the price was HIGH. Get estimates from other companies also.

I had a quick response to my issue but they switched original appointment for an earlier time which was great but when I got the reminder it was the original appointment time not the new one. The tech was very helpful and called me about the cause of problems and the solution. Then he states that the door and mechanisms are old and need to be replaced. I therefore asked another company for a second opinion and they did not agree it needed replacing.

Your tech was polite and did a good job in the inspection & repairs. However, whenever I was chatting with your website representative on December 11, I was somewhat disappointed. While asking what your service rate was, the rep’s reply stated that it was $89 and that it was waived if the tech completed the work. The rep was confused that it hey had sent me a reply ku intended for someone else. This is very unprofessional and doesn’t make a good impression.

Justin and Jason did an absolutely wonderful job installing my new garage door opener. It broke the night before Thanksgiving and they were here the day after Thanksgiving fixing it that’s pretty good service in anybody’s book. The work was exemplary. Trenton Dunn was our technician. He was polite, professional and liked my dog. I made an appointment and he came the next day. I appreciated that he called when he was on his way. He gave me an up front estimate, but then found that in addition to my broken spring, new bearings were also required. I thought the total price was rather high, but there is a 5-year warranty on parts.

We got new garage doors and garage door openers. We simply love the look of the doors and hoe smooth the garage doors now open. All installers were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. Like most things, we did have a few bumps in the road and Lee the Director of Operations and Kari worked with us through those. The quality of the work and the doors themselves are really good. Would recommend them to anyone.

My appointment was made for the same day. The service technicians (one was a trainee) were great. The reason for a 4 is the price and the lack of a 3.5. I had two garage door openers installed (due to two existing ones having stripped belt drives) and I was unpleasantly surprised at the price quoted. I made a decision on the spot to go ahead and replace, but in hindsight I would not have had the units replaced, if I had slept on it overnight. I would encourage people to get more that one quote.

First let me say that Aaron Hart, your service technician, was first class in every way. He was punctual, polite, informative and very professional and I would rate him 5 stars. In fact, I was very impressed with everyone I talked to with your company, and from that standpoint I have no criticisms at all. Your people were courteous, and you did a great job of keeping me informed. I do however have a problem with the fact that despite the fact that Aaron diagnosed a loose chain he was unable to make any adjustments to it due you your current company guidelines. While I don't question your right to decide what services your provide, I do find it disappointing that a service as basic as tightening a chain would not be available from your company, especially for the amount of the service charge and diagnoses charges made. I do believe that your unwillingness to provide such a basic service should have been disclosed prior to your visit.

I give Travis 5 stars, or higher if possible. He was very professional, courteous, thorough and friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars is the cost of your products and service. I called 2 other companies and got estimates before Travis came out. The price that you charge for your springs in more than double the competitors. That means that I paid $ 300 more on this repair than I anticipated after getting quotes. Other than that I believe that you run a first class organization, Travis is an asset to your company, and you train your employees well.
