First I was never told about the cost I explained everything over the phone they said I had a warranty I had to pay 93$ it may not be much but in today economy it’s a lot I also paid maintenance as well like really I had no clue just by asking him to check a few things that cost so I am not happy plus when you guys installed it you didn’t even go over the camera things like that should’ve been explained to elderly person who is deaf in one ear , I will next time be careful who replace the next door

I asked to have the service contract put in my name.I signed all the paper and loan papers. Because my husband had service with you in the past, his name was added and my name was excluded. My name Kathleen saunders should be on the contract. Every tech has a license # thats impressive. Your company is the best.

My old garage door opener unexpectedly failed one morning, I called Precision Garage Door company and Drew, the technician came out by noon the same door. Drew replaced the opener and overhauled all the moving parts of my old garage door. Drew was very friendly, courteous, worked quickly and did excellent work. I could not be happier with what he did.

The tech who came to my house was on time and explained the procedure he covers in his primary inspection. He did extra because he noticed I was a Veteran. All in all I felt my tech was exceptional and I rated a number 5.

Just finished a visit with Precision Garage Door Technician, Drew was my service technician who I had service my door last year, and as like last year he was Professional, Friendly and Polite. I had arranged with Mike at Roger’s store another good guy to have Drew take a look at my door to make sure all was in order before I replace and paint some of the decorative surface wood. Drew made a couple adjustments to door for perfection of panel gaps and door tension so now I can custom cut my decorative door wood pieces to perfection without concern. Thanks Drew and Mike for your great customer service and satisfaction. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Edgar Lapierre

I purchased a new garage door and opener about 2 years ago. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. Every person that I have dealt with has just been extremely kind and professional. They are very easy to schedule follow up appointments should you need them for anything. These people are honestly about the only company that I have dealt with recently that when you call, you are helped immediately. Not put on hold for ever or scheduled for a call back. I had Ethan as my technician today and he, like everyone else I have dealt with..was extremely kind and helpful. Had me fixed up in about 15 minutes! Thank you so much.. Precision Garage Doors!!!
