We had an issue with the garage door in one of our rentals. The Precision team was quick to come out and rewire the sensors that had a fault in them causing the door to not shut properly. I had a weekend emergency as my garage door springs broke and I was stuck. I was afraid to try to left my door without power. So I called and a nice lady helped get me an appointment the next day, a Sunday!!! Luke arrived ahead of schedule and he did a great job buying me more time because I ordered a new door installation as my door was cracked on outside and nearing 20+ years old! Awaiting now the date for a new door and the price was right!!!! Thanks to Precision Door and I will highly recommend your company.

Just finished a visit with Precision Garage Door Technician, Drew was my service technician who I had service my door last year, and as like last year he was Professional, Friendly and Polite. I had arranged with Mike at Roger’s store another good guy to have Drew take a look at my door to make sure all was in order before I replace and paint some of the decorative surface wood. Drew made a couple adjustments to door for perfection of panel gaps and door tension so now I can custom cut my decorative door wood pieces to perfection without concern. I purchased a new garage door and opener about 2 years ago. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. Every person that I have dealt with has just been extremely kind and professional. They are very easy to schedule follow up appointments should you need them for anything. These people are honestly about the only company that I have dealt with recently that when you call, you are helped immediately. Not put on hold for ever or scheduled for a call back. I chose Precision Door Service based on their reputation. Justin, the technician sent out arrived early in the time frame scheduled and did a fantastic job determining the problem then replacing the springs and making the adjustments. The springs have a ten year warranty. I'm very happy with their service.

We had a new garage door opener and rollers installed, love the new look & technology of this system it has led lights that are nice and bright for my wife who leaves the house at 4:30am, our house was built 3 years ago, but the opener the builder used does not compare to our new belt drive system quiet and smooth as butter!

I was in a bit of a panic - car in garage and garage door was busted and would not open manually. Calling Precision was a surprise that they could get someone out to help me right away. The phone operator/scheduler was more than professional, and I noticed that she had a hi fidelity phone so I didn't ever have to repeat anything. The service man, Drew Bates, who arrived shortly was just amazing - explaining everything clearly and giving me options. I couldn't believe he had it all fixed in under an hour!

I had work done about 5 yrs ago and was very pleased. When my door started making lots of noise and not closing properly, I called and got an appointment the next day. David called and came before my appointment time. He checked it all out and said motor needed to be replaced, explained why and gave approximate cost. He did the whole job in about 1 and half hours. He explained and showed me how to use. Very pleased with Precision Door and David!!

Very quick initial response time, within 2 hours of calling. The technician was very knowledgable and friendly. He fixed our problem the same day and we were able to get our cars out. He also gave us a quote to replace the damaged door. We were not expecting the quick response let alone the temporary fix the same day as calling.

My 21 year-old garage door spring decided to break early Saturday on a weekend our family was visiting. We managed to get it open so we could carry on with plans for the day.
