My Husband Gary contacted your company and we are both glad that your sales person was and is Drew Bates. Drew is a man we will be able to work with and any problems we might one day have. I cannot comment on the door itself until it is installed, but Drew is so good to answer any questions I might have as well as he helped me to print the information I needed for the Garage Door receipts to be printed for my file. Our new garage doors have completely changed the look (i.e., curb appeal) of our house. Also, the new openers are much quieter and better functioning than our old units. However, most importantly is the quality of service we received during installation. Have lived in NWA for 3 years and have trusted Precision with garage door install and repair for my needs. They are professional, punctual and seem reasonably priced. Today had an issue with my battery backup in my almost new (5/23) LiftMaster door opener. Justin Peterson was my technician and he was more than happy to replace the battery under warranty. I was satisfied to the point I asked for additional service to install new more quiet urethane door rollers.

Cade arrived early and did a good job lubricating the garage door which was making a lot of noise. He took the time to show us what issues to look for and how to lubricate the door ourselves. We have been pleased with the Precision customer service for many years.

A relative did not need your service but heard Precision was very good and they were the last tv commercial we watched. Our technician, Drew Bates met our expectations and went beyond. He called to see if ok to come earlier than scheduled time, was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. After making his diagnostic check he explained thoroughly what needed to be done to repair door and the price. If and when we need a repair call we will definitely call Precision & Drew Bates. David and his team performed the required work, made (and showed me) recommendations for additional work and prioritized the urgency for each item. No pushy sales talk.. just advice. Sorry for the rating guys but you couldn’t fix my problem. I needed the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door fixed or replaced. You said you couldn’t fix it nor replace it since you didn’t have a replacement that size.

When it comes to parts, we work with several of the largest and many smaller garage door distribution companies in the United States. We carry parts on our vehicles to repair 99% of the residential garage door issues we encounter. However some times we get calls on doors that may function and operate but are dated in age or the manufacture is no longer in business. When this happens we may not be able to satisfy certain parts. Replacement panels are no different, we can not match 2 different brand doors together by simply replacing 1 panel, it will not operate properly and could cause further damage. We appreciate your business and hope that you understand, not all garage doors are the same. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss this matter further.

Called 12/9/23 and scheduled repair of garage door Torsion spring. Work scheduled for 8 to 10 am 12/10/23. No written estimate was handed to me. The work was started and the springs, bearings and cables were removed. I was told the beargings and cables should be replaced. They were replaced. When the work was done, my wife was given the paper Estimate and a Bill. Total $820.38; Wife asked for discount. Cost of MATERIALS: Your Price Market Price Bearings - $179.97 - - - - - - - $ 10.00 Cables - $120.00 $ 10.00 Torsion Springs - $368.00 - - - - - - $ 110.00 Your Total: $667.97 - - - - - - - - $ 130.00 If I had bought the materials I would have saved $537.97. This tells me that you are deliberately taking advantage of me and many others. I called 833-497-3667 to complain and was told that the manager would call back several days ago, and never got a response.
