Luke called and asked if he could come an hour early as he was running ahead of schedule. He showed up promptly and I explained the situation. Within a minute, he had the problem resolved. He asked how everything was going as he knew we had a newer garage door and opener and wanted to make sure everything was good. My garage door is a 2006 model with all original parts. The spring, cable, rollers, and bar all needed to be replaced. When faced with a broken door with your vehicle trapped inside, it was comforting to get on your website and schedule an appointment within 24 hours. Luke (technician) called 15 minutes before arrival to tell me he was on the way. He arrived timely and cheerful, provided details I needed to make an informed decision, and quickly completed the job. I now have a lifetime limited warranty on the door.

I caled on Sun. with the problem I was having, and they were able to make an appointment for Mon. I received 2 calls Mon. morning concerning the problem and an appointment was made with an installer to come out and fix the problem. Which is what happened, Augey came, he called about 145 and was able to come earlier then the time, and he was very good and got the problem fixed and explained what kind of spray that I needed to use and the problem was solved. Technician Drew arrived just after 8AM and quickly solved he problem (door had become detached from chain mechanism and needed to be manually opened and closed. He showed me clearly how to fix the problem, should the mechanism become detached again. He was knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. Price (standard service call) was fair. Precision had refurbished this door a few years ago, with the same excellent service. 5 stars, and thank you!

Tanner came even earlier than scheduled—on a Sunday! He had no problem sizing up the problem and had the things he needed to fix it in his truck. He explained clearly the problem and the cost and time before he started. He had it fixed in less time than he predicted it would take and took my email address to send me the warranty information. We have used Precision for several years from repairing an older door to putting in a new one that we have been very pleased with. We have had a couple service calls with some of the mechanics but it was easily fixed and the service team is very professional.
