We are glad that Matt did a good job! I realize that you were displeased with our pricing. Our technicians do not set our pricing, the company's management and I do. We need to ensure that we can maintain a profit which enables us to stand behind our products in the years to come. In most if the repairs that we preform, we warranty our products and services for a period of at least 5 years.

Matt done a good job. I was happy with his work. I was not happy with the price of the material. $250 per spring and $60 for a Bearing is outrageous. If I had known the pricing before, Matt had drove all the way down here I would have declined your services.
