It was actually tough day for the technician. I noticed a broken spring when I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called Precision on their after/before hours line. I was told they had an opening at 10 to 12. Then I got a call back telling me they couldn’t get anyone out until the next day. I basically pleaded with them about my only car was stuck in the garage. I was told they would see what they could do and would call back. They said they would get a technician out from 4 to 6. The technician got here and had it fix in less than 30 minutes. I found out that they had someone on vacation and another called in sick. I was customer number 9 out of 10 that day.

Not only did they respond quickly to my issue when called but they set an appointment with in a hour. They showed up early, Matter of fact they finished almost the same time as the original arrival time. Luke was quick and thorough. Door looks, sounds and works better than when it was brand new. Will never recommend y'all to anyone due to the fact that the only option that I was given for the spring repair was the most expensive and if I would have been a person on a fixed income I couldn't of afforded it and would of still been charge $90.00 service fee. For spring replacement cost me $700.00 ridiculous I figure techs operate on commission base pay.

Your service technicians were able to come to my home MUCH earlier than they had been scheduled ... and then were able to fix the problem with my garage door very quickly. He arrived and scheduled and asked me what I I was looking to get done, I told hi and he checked a couple things and told me the reason why and then checked my warranty as I have used Precision before, he fixed the problem in no time! I had a new insulated door installed and am extremely pleased with the results. The installers (Chad and Aaron) were very professional and did a great job. The window arrangement was built incorrectly by the manufacturer, but they brought it to my attention immediately after they unpacked it. They assured me a new on would be ordered and installed as soon as it came in. I have never had a quieter door.

The folks at Precision are always polite and courteous and response times are speedy. We called about issues with one garage door not closing properly and the other was not responding to pets crossing the sensor beam when closing. My garage door was beginning to show major signs of wear. Then one evening the spring on the door broke. I had been seeing the green vans around the area, so, I gave Precision Door a call. The prices were in line with most of the garage repair services. Some were higher, some were lower. The salesman that came out to look at replacing the door was very knowledgeable and gave me good quotes on the price of the door. I went with insulated door because my water heater and HVAC were in the garage. He told me that they would replace the single spring with a double spring to help with the even opening of the door. He also told me it would be best to replace the opener. To be honest, the opener was not expensive, and I would have a guarantee with the whole system. Two weeks later, George (the installer) showed up on time and fixed everything immaculately. He also showed my how to set up the wifi app on my opener and even how to program any device that I would get to open the door. I now can open and close my garage door from anywhere I have cell service. I highly recommend using Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and checking out the warranty on their service.

I called Precision based on finding them on the internet, and seeing that they are veteran owned. I have never experienced the customer service in all my years of home ownership as I did with our garage door repair. From booking the appointment by phone, to the text about our assigned employee, to the phone call from the employee, and then the complete experience from the 25 point inspection, diagnosis of the problem, options on repair/rebuild packages, and then the actual work done.
