Luke was great. Total pro. Knowledgeable, personable, professional. Explained everything and got the job done correctly and quickly. Precision doors was called in the morning and came in the afternoon same day and got the job done.

Our experience with your salesperson, scheduling person and installation technicians was nothing but professional. At all levels your employees were knowledgeable about your products. The service performed on my garage door by Ethan was excellent. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem with the door and informing me of what he found, how he would fix it, and an estimated cost. I agreed to have him complete the work at the cost identified. He cleaned up the area when finished and explained how the door would work with the new parts. Ethan was patient and very professional in his interactions with me and my wife.

What a great experience. The whole team exceeded my expectations. The installer, Levi, was very professional and highly detailed oriented. The new garage doors and opener I purchased work so much better than the previous ones. Make sure you visit Precision's showroom in Rogers to really appreciate what they offer versus other garage door companies. You get what you pay for and my experience was worth it.
