They did what they said they would do. They did it on time. They showed me the failure and the cause. They gave me options for the repairs and the benefits of each option. Every recommendation they made was based on common sense. And, I was allowed to make my decision with no pressure. I spent 35 years in the Car dealership business, I know pressure. Sam Manes was my technician for these repairs. He was professional, and personable. He treated me like he’d known me for years. He did the repair with “precision “ and he was meticulous with his time and tools. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was adjusted and operational before he left. Precision Garage Door service was excellent! Luke was prompt (early even), professional, and quick. I'm glad they were open on Labor Day. Why our garage door couldn't have failed 48 hours prior to that, I don't know, but that's just how it is sometimes... But he helped get my car out and then he got it working by noon. Would highly recommend!

We called to have the coil spring replaced. An inspection revealed the need to rebuild the garage door. Our tech was able to show me the cracks in the hinges and the worn rollers and parts. I could see the wear and tear of thirty years and we agreed to update everything. We were given accurate information and fair pricing. The work was done quickly and everything runs so much better.
