Chris Wickham's Bio:
Born and raised in Michigan, Chris grew up in the construction world with his father who was a master carpenter in the Detroit Union. He moved to Arizona in 2007 just before he joined the US Army. Chris enlisted in the Infantry in 2009 and was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan . There he was a scout sniper, 240 gunner and team leader. He returned home to Arizona in 2014 where he met his amazing wife ,Vanessa. Chris and Vanessa moved to Arkansas in March of 2021 with their 2 girls , and their 2 dogs a great Dane and an Italian Danif. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and a hard worker with amazing customer service skills.

Sometimes, with any project, things just don't go right, anyone can and does make errors, that's not what's important, what is important is what happens next. I can with all confidence tell you that the upper management at Precision Doors NWA knows and will do what is right. without going into detail, we had a couple of issues, those things were handled both expeditiously and entirely profession. Precision installed garage doors at our home last week. We were very happy with the entire experience. Dustin came out for our estimate. He was professional and provided all the details and options available to make our decision. He helped us select the doors that were best for us. Chris installed the three doors. He was also professional and did a fantastic job. Throughout the process Precision had very good communication and responded to my calls quickly. I really like the fact that Precision sent texts prior to visits to our home (including bio's and photos) - so we knew who to expect. Dustin and Chris were both trustworthy and we were happy to work with them. I highly recommend Precision.

It’s such a pleasure doing business with a company that backs up their products and workmanship. The trim on my garage door started to detach from the wood frame. Precision sent service technicians just a couple days after I called. They were polite and friendly and quickly fixed the problem. With the proper equipment, they fixed the problem in just a few minutes. It was much better than if I had tried to reattach it myself. I appreciate that such a simple repair was done without a service charge.
