I purchased the doors three years ago and I haven't had any problems. I ‘m so pleased with the Doors and they are a great looking and super quite. I was messing with the key pad and couldn't reprogram it. So I called and Chris came over and showed me how to do that. He was on time and very fast to fix the key pad. Precision replaced my garage door in 2022. I noticed a very large amount of water in my garage after the last two big rains that we had and when I looked at the bottom of my garage door I noticed a small gap where I could see light showing through from outside. Chris came out to my house this morning and fixed the problem. The molding at the bottom of the door had shifted so Chris shifted it back into place. He also lubed the rollers for me as well so the door slides up and down more smoothly now. Chris was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service!

It’s such a pleasure doing business with a company that backs up their products and workmanship. The trim on my garage door started to detach from the wood frame. Precision sent service technicians just a couple days after I called. They were polite and friendly and quickly fixed the problem. With the proper equipment, they fixed the problem in just a few minutes. It was much better than if I had tried to reattach it myself. I appreciate that such a simple repair was done without a service charge.

Sometimes, with any project, things just don't go right, anyone can and does make errors, that's not what's important, what is important is what happens next. Precision installed garage doors at our home last week. We were very happy with the entire experience. Dustin came out for our estimate. He was professional and provided all the details and options available to make our decision. He helped us select the doors that were best for us. Chris installed the three doors. He was also professional and did a fantastic job. Throughout the process Precision had very good communication and responded to my calls quickly. I really like the fact that Precision sent texts prior to visits to our home (including bio's and photos) - so we knew who to expect.
