I was in a bit of a panic - car in garage and garage door was busted and would not open manually. Calling Precision was a surprise that they could get someone out to help me right away. The phone operator/scheduler was more than professional, and I noticed that she had a hi fidelity phone so I didn't ever have to repeat anything. The service man, Drew Bates, who arrived shortly was just amazing - explaining everything clearly and giving me options. I couldn't believe he had it all fixed in under an hour!

I had work done about 5 yrs ago and was very pleased. When my door started making lots of noise and not closing properly, I called and got an appointment the next day. David called and came before my appointment time. He checked it all out and said motor needed to be replaced, explained why and gave approximate cost. He did the whole job in about 1 and half hours. He explained and showed me how to use. Very pleased with Precision Door and David!!

Very quick initial response time, within 2 hours of calling. The technician was very knowledgable and friendly. He fixed our problem the same day and we were able to get our cars out. Very nice gentleman from Precision Door Service of Northwest Arkansas came to examine my garage door because it was making the most awful groaning noises when opening and closing. He explained the need for lubricating the door and hinges and spring every six months and performed the task himself. He then gave me the name of an easily purchased garage door lubricating product. Mike took the time to go over the variety of door options available, including the variety of openers available in today's market. The cut sheets and samples provided made it easier to make our final selection. The estimators that came to the house did a great job clarifying any concerns we may have had. When all materials were received, I was notified to schedule installation. The technician, Acoya Herron was excellent to work with. He did a great job with the overall installation and went over all items once completed. Very pleased with the overall installation.

My garage door is a 2006 model with all original parts. The spring, cable, rollers, and bar all needed to be replaced. When faced with a broken door with your vehicle trapped inside, it was comforting to get on your website and schedule an appointment within 24 hours.
