I caled on Sun. with the problem I was having, and they were able to make an appointment for Mon. I received 2 calls Mon. morning concerning the problem and an appointment was made with an installer to come out and fix the problem. Which is what happened, Augey came, he called about 145 and was able to come earlier then the time, and he was very good and got the problem fixed and explained what kind of spray that I needed to use and the problem was solved. Thank you very much. I will use if I need later. 5 star

Technician Drew arrived just after 8AM and quickly solved he problem (door had become detached from chain mechanism and needed to be manually opened and closed. He showed me clearly how to fix the problem, should the mechanism become detached again. He was knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. Price (standard service call) was fair. Precision had refurbished this door a few years ago, with the same excellent service. 5 stars, and thank you!

Tanner came even earlier than scheduled—on a Sunday! He had no problem sizing up the problem and had the things he needed to fix it in his truck. My garage door spring popped at 4pm and they would've came out immediately but I opted for next day. Tanner showed up and in under 2 hours changed out both springs. We were hearing some strange sounds while our garage door was moving. We gave a call to Precision and they were here the same day. With there knowledge of what was going on they were able to do some simple adjustments and clear everything up. They were here to fix the problem quickly and not trying to make a big deal out of something simple. This is the only company I'll use for my garage door. David Stubbs was very professional and knowing what needed to be done and explained everything as he went.
