My first use of Precision Garage Door Repair NWA & River Valley has been a pleasant experience. My garage door counterbalance spring broke on a Saturday, I researched repair companies and decided on Precision Garage Door Repair NWA & River Valley. My decision was based on information presented over the internet on various company websites. I was immediately impressed with Precision’s site and contacted them the following Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. and made an appointment with their service person same day between 10-12 noon. I received a call from Justin Peterson at 10:00 a.m. notifying me he was on his way and was about 10 minutes away. Justin arrived at about 10:15 a.m. Justin inspected the damage and estimated the cost to replace the counterbalance spring to get the current door operational. The current door was 20 years old and basically worn out so I had Justin quote me a new replacement door. I decided to order the new door. Precision did not have stock for the door size, color and style I had chosen so Justin placed an order with estimated arrival in 2-4 weeks. Justin helped me raise the broken door so I could remove my vehicles from the garage for access. Justin was very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. My new door arrived in 5 weeks-3 days and scheduled installation 5 days later at 1:00 p.m. On installation day I received a call from Chris Wickham of Precision Garage Door at 12:30 p.m. He left a voicemail: said he was in route and would arrive in 20 minutes. Chris and another Technician, Chris (last name unknown) arrived on time and started installing at 1:00 p.m. Chris Wickham estimated he would be done in an hour and by 2:00 p.m. both Chris’s were finished including area cleanup. Chris Wickham took the time to instruct me on door maintenance and answering any questions I had. As with Justin Peterson before them, both Chris’s were very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I have only had the new door for a few days but I am impressed with the quality of the product, its smoothness of operation including how quiet the door rolls. I did not replace my chain-driven operator drive but the new door and the quality of the installation reduced the operating noise considerably, an unexpected plus. Finally, working with the Precision personnel from beginning to end was a pleasure and I would be remiss not to also mention the office personnel I communicated with throughout the experience: Office Manager Heather Anderson and her team and product discussion with Lee Kincaid. Justin Peterson is an Amazing Representative of your company! He was courteous, timely, professional and knowledgeable. Having a garage door that had trapped my car indoors, he arrived and diagnosed the issue right away and gave me my alternatives with cost in a straight forward manner that helped take the sting out of the less than fun reality of my day. No one wants home repairs and cost so he was able to take it to a level where we could simply concentrate on how best to address the situation for a long term solution. Customer service is a tough business and Justin made a believer out of my family, especially when we have had prior service calls that were less severe but still costly that did not leave us feeling respected as customers so keep up the Outstanding Work! ??????????

Your technician arrived in a timely fashion and fixed our problems expeditiously. He noted some wood rot which will probably require replacement in 3 -5 years; told me what I needed to do to maintain the door in the meantime; sold me a can of garage door lubricant, and demonstrated how and where to use it .

Great experience today with Precision. First time online chat for service on a Sunday. Trenton came right out first thing Monday morning. Professional & knowledgeable all the way. Went over the particulars and what needed to be changed. Quoted a fair price, He had the parts on the truck, completed the job in just over an hour. Also made sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend these guys.

We are very pleased with the professional job Steve Colley did in repairing our garage doors. We have lived in Bella Vista 19 years and there were several issues we were having with the double-door garage door and also with the two single-door garage doors. These guys came out same day and gave me a bid which did not change at the end! They kept me informed on when the door would arrive and then when it was being installed. The tech Wesley was informative and helpful! And when I couldn’t figure out how to set up my phone remote, he was patient and helped me do that! Very excellent service! Beautiful and quiet door!

Nothing but great things to say about the service. Had an old garage door opener where the belt snapped on Saturday January 8th. Placed a call today Monday January 10th in the morning and Justin came and saw us at 2:30pm. 2 hours later and I had complete new system on both doors. All newly replacement equipment with instructions. Overall, Justin was fantastic and super happy with the results!

We chose Precision, because we received wonderful service from you two years ago. Today's experience was also perfect. You answered the phone promptly and in person. Trenton introduced himself before he arrived. He was courteous and thorough. Even though the fee was more than we expected - the charges were perfectly explained, and we actually ended up with a better deal than we deserved, and now we have a lifetime warranty. We backed out of our garage on Saturday and the door was not all the way up. Needless to say it was bent and would not go up or down. Precision Door sent out Anthony Birge and he stayed that evening until he got the door straightened enough that we were able to get it closed. He came back on Monday, worked taking the panel off, straightened it enough that he could get it working again. This technician is the greatest. Very professional, very meticulous and very friendly. We highly recommend Precision Door Services and ask for Anthony. Would give him 6 stars if we could. Thank you Precision and thank you Anthony.

Trenton was on time, very professional, and courteous. After the evaluation on the issue with the problem, gave us a couple options to choose from to get to a solution. He explained everything so we could clearly understand and was very efficient and thorough getting the repair completed. We are very please to have someone of this caliber work on our house/garage.
