They were easy to schedule, Ethan was my tech showed up on time, expained my problem I have a an old system he did a fantastic job at explaining what caused the issue other issues i could see as a result of the age of the system and gave me varying levels of repair options and Estimated costs Also gave me a rough Estimate on a Newer System should i go thay route. I purchased a new garage door and opener about 2 years ago. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. Every person that I have dealt with has just been extremely kind and professional. Precision was the third company we had come out to our property to deal with issues. After those other two experiences, I can say that Precision's customer service was outstanding. Matt diagnosed the issue promptly on his first visit. When the part came in, he brought Ethan to assist in making the repairs. They cleaned everything up when they left. I wish I had saved myself the grief and aggravation and called Precision first. Lesson learned.

The tech got our door working until they can install the new one with opener. We have a twenty five year old rental home that has seen it's share of abuse. Prompt and very professional. We should have called Precision before we wasted money on the other guy. With their warranty we should not have to pay for repairs for a long time.
