the technicians called as they were able to arrive earlier than plan, they evaluated my situation and wound up rebuilding the door my door is 24 years old. They showed me why each part need replaced, and the wear was obvious as well as potential for further break down. cost of repair as my door is a commercial one was cheaper to replace parts than get a new door. Also like the lifetime warranty on the parts they used. overall satisfied the technicians were pleasant and professional

Just finished a visit with Precision Garage Door Technician, Drew was my service technician who I had service my door last year, and as like last year he was Professional, Friendly and Polite. I had arranged with Mike at Roger’s store another good guy to have Drew take a look at my door to make sure all was in order before I replace and paint some of the decorative surface wood. Drew made a couple adjustments to door for perfection of panel gaps and door tension so now I can custom cut my decorative door wood pieces to perfection without concern. I called for a spring repair, I was quoted $99.00 - 220.00. When the repair men arrived, they were polite and professional. The lead tech started talking, I felt he was trying to upsell me. He explained they use a different type of springs than we had, so both springs had to be replaced. He talked about the metal barring they use to replace the inferior plastic one most companies use. In total, it was going to be $500.00. Then he started talking about the age of my door and trying to convince me to have everything rebuilt for $1300.00 or replaced for $2400.00. I called my husband who said NO. When I went to tell them,, they had already removed both springs, so I decided to just pay for them to replace the 2 springs. When I told we just want the springs replaced, the lead tech told me I would have to sign a waiver. Remember I called for "a spring repair". I told them to just leave the springs where they were, that we were going to call another company. I expressed my frustration with being quoted $99.00 to $220.00 then when they arrived it was going to be double that. The tech said that the $99.00 springs are from the old system which is rarely used anymore. So that amount should not even have been quoted in my opinion. They remained professional, said of course I wouldn't be charged and left. Overhead door will be out to replace the broken spring this afternoon.

I was having trouble with My-Q garage door opener. Replaced logic board. Could not connect to WiFi. My friend gave me Precision Door’s information and I scheduled an appt. Ryan did an excellent job. He was quick, methodical, and professional. We needed new door springs and rollers, I asked him about a new door opener, and he had one on his truck. So, we decided to upgrade the complete system. Need to keep this guy around. This was some of the best service I have seen from a company in a long time. Matt did a OUTSTANDING job on my door. The door was 22 years old and he had to do a complete rebuild. I could not have had better service. About 10 years ago was the first time you serviced my door and the problems that time was completely repaired.

Excellent service! They were easy to schedule, Ethan was my tech showed up on time, expained my problem I have a an old system he did a fantastic job at explaining what caused the issue other issues i could see as a result of the age of the system and gave me varying levels of repair options and Estimated costs Also gave me a rough Estimate on a Newer System should i go thay route. Overall I had an excellent experience with Ethan and precision i will definitely give them all call when i go to update my system. The technician was great and the service was good. We got our garage door fixed on a weekend. The price was a bit higher than expected. I was told it would be 49.95 for service call and it depended on the service. The technician came out and I was charged 278 for a major repair. They are a bit higher than expected.

I called precision garage door because it was the first one I saw when I searched! The gentlemen that came to look at repairing my 35 year old opener were very helpful.
