Had great service from my technician, Ryan. I just needed an inspection and tune-up. He got all the doors working smoothly, pointed out some areas of concern, but did not give me a hard sell to replace anything. Precision is the best, and I appreciate their good service!

My old garage door opener unexpectedly failed one morning, I called Precision Garage Door company and Drew, the technician came out by noon the same door. Drew replaced the opener and overhauled all the moving parts of my old garage door. Drew was very friendly, courteous, worked quickly and did excellent work. I could not be happier with what he did.

David called and asked if he could arrive before the scheduled time. I agreed and when he got there he listened to my explanation of the lightening strike, quickly diagnosed the problem (which was a dead circuit board) and got right to work replacing the opener. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything about the new equipment. Very helpful and professional.

Our garage door was stuck in the open position. The safety light beam was broken, the door would not close. I immediately called Precision Garage Door Service because they had provided excellent service when I called them last year. Before I could hang up the phone I already received an email confirming the technician would arrive between 2 and 4 PM, the same day! Then I received a call from Tina; she made a change in the assigned Technician and wanted to be sure I was aware of the change. Then I received a text from David, the technician. Very professional, a photo and a short introduction about himself. The best part of course was the actual service and repair. David was efficient, he explained what he was doing, he tested everything and confirmed with me the new entry code settings. With technicians like David, they create a very positive image for this company. The results speak for themselves. Everything was fixed, professional, efficient, and friendly!

Had an appointment for 4PM, the office call and had a cancellation and the technician came at 8AM and performed temporary repairs. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable of his products and repairs needed. Instead of repair we ordered a new door that will be installed in a few weeks.

Excellent service! I called Precision after 8pm one evening to request service—so happy they have 24-hour phone assistance. The tech,Drew Bates showed up the next afternoon, quickly assessed the problem with my door, and clearly explained the cause of the issue and what he would do to fix it. Within about half hour the repair was complete. I really appreciated Drew’s professionalism, expertise, and careful attention to detail. I highly recommend this business.

Precision Door Service to the rescue, AGAIN! Over the years they've replaced springs, a garage door opener, and adjusted the sensors. Of course, it's always an "emergency" and they are very responsive. The phone agents are patient, and the techs are very professional and friendly. Today, the technician had my sensors adjusted correctly before I answered the door!! Good service is so hard to find these days, and you'll get it from Precision Door Service.

Excellent experience with Precision Door when I had two garage door openers replaced. The technician showed up at the agreed upon time. He explained everything he was going to do and went to work. When he was finished with the installations, he thoroughly explained their features and operations, assisting with getting both controllers connected to my wi-fi network and with the MyFi app. The area was entirely cleaned, no trace of trash or debris. I could not be more satisfied with this company and I am pleased I chose Precision Door.

Without a doubt 5 stars or more for these folks. Ethan Guenther our technician was quick, efficient and explained everything. I chose Precision because I was offered a coupon which provided a discount for the initial visit. Technicians were courteous and professional, and the Liftmaster belt driven door openers which replaced the chain driven openers are top tier; however, the markup on services (labor) and products was excessive.
