Excellent experience with Precision Door when I had two garage door openers replaced. The technician showed up at the agreed upon time. He explained everything he was going to do and went to work. When he was finished with the installations, he thoroughly explained their features and operations, assisting with getting both controllers connected to my wi-fi network and with the MyFi app. The area was entirely cleaned, no trace of trash or debris. I could not be more satisfied with this company and I am pleased I chose Precision Door.

I chose Precision because I was offered a coupon which provided a discount for the initial visit. Technicians were courteous and professional, and the Liftmaster belt driven door openers which replaced the chain driven openers are top tier; however, the markup on services (labor) and products was excessive.

Our garage door in the shop wouldn’t open! Truck , lawn mower, four wheeler couldn’t be gotten out! Our 20+ year old, double-car garage door “broke”. Precision Door Service technicians, David and Ryan, diagnosed and replaced the broken spring. They explained condition of the other moving parts. Really no pressure, just information. A few other parts needed replacing and all new parts have Lifetime Warranty. The garage door now lifts and closes smoothly and quietly.

Matt was my technician, he was very professional and obviously knew his job well. He did an excellent job installing a new automatic garage door opener and replacing the rollers. The only concerns I have are that I believe you are taking advantage of your customers by charging $32.50 per 7” sealed bearing roller when I know that they can be purchased on Amazon for approximately $35.00 or less for a package of 10. Also you charged $1,391.03 for the Liftmaster 98022 garage door opener when the exact model can be purchased on Amazon for $650.00. Please be more thoughtful to your customers in the future by providing a fair estimate for materials used. With inflation as it is, it is getting more difficult for customers to afford service and repairs when prices are unfairly inflated.

I had decided to have my two garage doors looked at due to some irritating noises they were making the past six months. No surprise, your techs determined both had wear and tear from use over the years. The drive tracks and gears and wheels were greatly worn. Luckily your team was able to size the multiple repairs, and we agreed to a price. Repairs were completed that day with my doors upgraded to include a Wi-Fi interface, LED internal lights, cameras and room sensors. The overall cost was admittedly a surprise, but the final product and related functionality were worth it. My thanks to your crew and their professional workmanship.
