Our experience with your salesperson, scheduling person and installation technicians was nothing but professional. At all levels your employees were knowledgeable about your products. The technicians did a great job installing our garage doors and openers. When the technicians finished they cleaned up and locked up the areas they worked in. The service performed on my garage door by Ethan was excellent. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem with the door and informing me of what he found, how he would fix it, and an estimated cost. I agreed to have him complete the work at the cost identified. He cleaned up the area when finished and explained how the door would work with the new parts. Ethan was patient and very professional in his interactions with me and my wife.

They did what they said they would do. They did it on time. They showed me the failure and the cause. They gave me options for the repairs and the benefits of each option. Every recommendation they made was based on common sense. And, I was allowed to make my decision with no pressure. I spent 35 years in the Car dealership business, I know pressure. Sam Manes was my technician for these repairs. He was professional, and personable. He treated me like he’d known me for years. He did the repair with “precision “ and he was meticulous with his time and tools. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was adjusted and operational before he left.
