Precision Door Services sent a technician to check my garage door concern and problem the same day I called them. Tech David was great. He explained everything to me and showed me everything that needed attention and maintained. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and we discussed my concerns. David replaced my garage door opener and installed a keypad to use to open the door. Tech David completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. He then explained and showed me how to use the new opener. David was the absolute best tech for me. The garage door will be replaced in approximately a month. I am now able to use my garage for my vehicle. I would call Precision for garage door problems

My 21 year-old garage door spring decided to break early Saturday on a weekend our family was visiting. We managed to get it open so we could carry on with plans for the day. I called Precision at 9:30 and Luke arrived around 2:45, replacing the springs in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier with Precision and with Luke for patiently explaining all my engineering questions.

Caveat Emptor. I contacted Precision to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The door has two of the same age, so I expected to replace both. These springs were installed six years ago for $400. Precision charged $275 and $270 for the new springs. They are powder-coated, unnecessary since they are not exposed to the elements. The installer then attempted to up-sell with new rollers (16 rollers, $32/each), new cables, and hinges. Rollers are $25 for a 10-pack at Lowes and easily replaced by a homeowner. The bill would have more than doubled if I agreed to these additions. This is my first and last experience with Precision.

The door began showing problems about a year after installation. Dakotah came out at no charge to address the issues, which included bolts not locking (error on manufaturer's end) and loose wiring on the wall panel control. He quickly identified the problems and completed the repairs efficiently. Dakotah’s attention to detail and the care he puts into his workmanship are evident, and his efforts are very much appreciated.

I called Friday afternoon and had two new Liftmaster garage door openers installed and operating by 10:30 Saturday morning. Excellent response. Friendly and efficient technician (Luke). A tad pricey, but you get a lifetime warranty from the local dealer. If it ever fails, they promise to repair or replace it.

Very nice gentleman from Precision Door Service of Northwest Arkansas came to examine my garage door because it was making the most awful groaning noises when opening and closing. He explained the need for lubricating the door and hinges and spring every six months and performed the task himself. He then gave me the name of an easily purchased garage door lubricating product. My garage door was silent once again. Thank you, Precision Door Service!
