Ethan was so helpful and knew how to fix our door immediately. He was kind and answered all our questions. He gave us excellent service. They quoted me a price to do some minor repairs and replace our fobs and it was exactly what we were charged when we agreed to the work. Absolutely gorgeous garage door installed today by Chris! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Although there was a 2.5 week gap between ordering and installation, it was well worth the wait. The original tech who came to estimate the job, Matt, did a superior job. I couldn't be more pleased and am no longer held hostage by my old broken door! Complete door and opener replacement.

I purchased a new garage door and opener about 2 years ago. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. Every person that I have dealt with has just been extremely kind and professional. They are very easy to schedule follow up appointments should you need them for anything. These people are honestly about the only company that I have dealt with recently that when you call, you are helped immediately. Not put on hold for ever or scheduled for a call back. David was our tech and did a great job in repairing our garage door opener and explained the issue in detail and how to detect the issue if it comes up again. He also did a quick inspection on our door and rollers to be sure there was no other issues. Great overall service.

Unfortunately my double garage door was not set up with two springs as its should have been. So I had spring breakage every three years. I called Precision Garage Door Service last night about 21:45 hrs directly after the last spring broke. Their Dispatch answered quickly, took my information and was extremely professional and precise. Luke was the Technician who was dispatched the next morning, he called me and asked if it was ok to head over early, of course early is great!!! Luke diagnosed several issues immediately, which one was only having one spring on the door. I wanted the door to work properly without additional strain on the hardware, and he set my door up as it should have been in the first place. Luke pays attention to detail, very professional, and is quick in his work. I will be using them for any needs including a future garage door replacement when necessary. I cannot recommend them enough, I will be telling folks about them to solicit their business when they need garage door work done, and done correctly. Had a programming problem with the exterior punch pad that I could not resolve myself. Made a call and the tech Ethan was here within the hour and had the problem solved. Appreciate the fast service and system knowledge. Very good service. Also, it's the best garage door I've ever owned. Bar none!

I chose Precision Door Service based on their reputation. Justin, the technician sent out arrived early in the time frame scheduled and did a fantastic job determining the problem then replacing the springs and making the adjustments. The springs have a ten year warranty. I'm very happy with their service.

I had the seals around the door and the bottom rubber floor seal replaced. Drew did a good job. Very fast and it now seals properly. I have used Precision before and have been very happy with their work and the technicians. Their office is across the street from my building so it is convenient for both them and me.
