The service we received was excellent from the initial call to the completion of the work on the garage door. All of our interactions with employees were courteous, friendly and helpful. Everything was explained in detail and we were given options on how to address the various problems. Many aged components were replaced. The garage door is now safe and working well.

It was actually tough day for the technician. I noticed a broken spring when I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called Precision on their after/before hours line. I was told they had an opening at 10 to 12. Then I got a call back telling me they couldn’t get anyone out until the next day. I basically pleaded with them about my only car was stuck in the garage. I was told they would see what they could do and would call back. They said they would get a technician out from 4 to 6. The technician got here and had it fix in less than 30 minutes. I found out that they had someone on vacation and another called in sick. I was customer number 9 out of 10 that day.

My garage door failed on a Sunday, so I needed it repaired as quickly as possible. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday afternoon, and they had a technician scheduled to come out the very next day. Luke, the technician, called ahead to let me know he was expected to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. He actually finished another job early and called to ask if it would be okay to come sooner, which I really appreciated. When Luke arrived, he came in a well-equipped service truck stocked with tools and replacement parts. It was obvious he was prepared for just about anything. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my garage door, and he even took the time to inspect and test my second garage door to make sure everything was working properly. What impressed me most was his honesty. Rather than replacing parts unnecessarily and increasing the cost, Luke was able to repair some damaged components and save me money. The final price was extremely reasonable, and there were no surprises. Luke was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely pleasant to talk with throughout the entire process. My garage door stopped working when I tried to program the outside keypad. It was very easy to book an appointment online. Luke called and told me that he would be right out. He explained that I had pushed the wrong buttons when I tried to program the keypad, but said it in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot for doing it. Once he got the motor fixed; he performed some periodic maintenance on the door. I mentioned in passing conversation that I was a veteran and I received a veteran's discount. A great experience. Luke was top notch and Precision is an awesome company to deal with.
