I bought a new garage door and opener four years ago. Last winter when we had a power outage I cancelled an appointment because I didn’t think I could get my car out of the doorless, detached garage. Another power outage this weekend reminded me to ask whether I needed to install a backup system. The technician came out two days later to check the system. He said I do have a backup, told me how it works, and how I can tell if battery is running low. He was very helpful and didn’t charge me to explain the backup feature. I have been pleased with how well the garage door works and am especially pleased with Prevision’s excellent customer service. I highly recommend them,

Luke called and asked if he could come an hour early as he was running ahead of schedule. He showed up promptly and I explained the situation. Within a minute, he had the problem resolved. He asked how everything was going as he knew we had a newer garage door and opener and wanted to make sure everything was good. He made it a courtesy call as he was here for 3 minutes and left a business card for future reference. His professionalism is why I give you many references

Not only did they respond quickly to my issue when called but they set an appointment with in a hour. We've been customers for a long time.Always satisfied,especially this time. Response was immediate same day, repair was more than expected but completed same day , impressive as it was a complete replacing of door opener which was OLD. Repairman was friendly, efficient ,explained everything clearly.

Justin was very good at texting and letting me know what the plan was for the service. He was quick and efficient. He let me know that a sealant on the bottom of the door would be advisable to make a better seal for weather. Not sure why he didn’t do that after applying the seal to the bottom of the door, but perhaps that wasn’t part of the service.

My garage door is a 2006 model with all original parts. The spring, cable, rollers, and bar all needed to be replaced. When faced with a broken door with your vehicle trapped inside, it was comforting to get on your website and schedule an appointment within 24 hours. Luke (technician) called 15 minutes before arrival to tell me he was on the way. He arrived timely and cheerful, provided details I needed to make an informed decision, and quickly completed the job. I now have a lifetime limited warranty on the door.

I was considering installing my own garage door openers or having two installed. I called and asked aproximately how much a single unit would cost. When the technician arrived the in-person quote was more than 2x the original phone provided amount for what a single unit would cost. I politely declined, and grudgingly paid the Service Fee. Had there been transparency up front it would've saved everyone time and me the service fee. This was a bad experience, and I will not re-engage with this organization.

Hi Bradley, You received a quote from our "Call Center" (not our actual Rogers, AR office) they have a high rate of turnover so at times wrong prices are quoted. We appreciate you providing this information to us so that we can address the problem. While Precision Door is definitely not the cheapest on the block, but our warranties far surpass most garage door companies around. I used Precision to rebuild my main garage door last summer. Yesterday, my spring broke trapping my car in the garage. I had to leave to go to multiple meetings so I called very early. Precision sent technician Luke out immediately. He repaired my spring quickly and allowed me to get to my busy day. Great service and highly recommend!!

Seth quickly responded to our call of broken springs. Close inspection showed more serious issues that needed to be addressed. He explained his reasoning clearly so that we could understand the problem(s). His knowledge and reasoning in a manner that we felt was accurate, reliable, and in our best long-term interests, was reassuring. Service will be completed in a couple of weeks when ordered parts are available.

The technician was professional and immediately knew how to fix the problem. The led opener model lights were going out and he advised the unit would be replaced as the lights cannot be changed. The hard part was getting the reps answering my 3 phone calls to understand I could not just change light bulbs and was advised changing bulbs was not part of service provided. I even provided them with the model number. Finally on the 3rd call, I was informed that a technician would be out to check the problem.
