Not really happy at all. I scheduled for a new seal to be installed and specifically mentioned to the call center that we needed an accelerated schedule due to rain. The tech shows up, looks at the garage door, and says that neither location has any door seals in stock. Now, we have lost two days of time to get it completed by someone else. Guess I was wrong, but I thought door seals were one of the most basic items to stock for a professional garage door company?

Thank you for your review. We need feedback from our customers, both satisfied and unsatisfied to improve our business. Yes, we do keep bottom seal in-stock but please keep in mind there are different sizes with 2" being the most popular. We usually have a truck that brings our seal inventory once a week, this week they did not \put the 2" seal on the truck so needless to say we did not have it for your appointment. Also the appointment from the call center only stated bottom seal not 2" bottom seal which would have all the difference in getting you scheduled. Again thank you for your feedback!

Impressive! I was very impressed to receive a short bio and picture of the Technician, Luke Zieman. I felt like I was dealing with a professional business and it left me expecting nothing less than excellent service. Luke was professional, detailed in explaining the process and tirelessly answered all my questions. Luke is the kind of individual that represented Precision Garage Doors very well and completed the job with excellence. Other than the high cost (which everyone says Precision Garage Doors is the most expensive), I am satisfied with the job.

The process of scheduling a service technician to come out to give me a quote on installing a door on my shop was easy. They had a technician out the same day that I called. David Stubbs was on-time and very professional to work with. He answered my questions and explained the different options I had to get a garage door installed on my shop. We were hearing some strange sounds while our garage door was moving. We gave a call to Precision and they were here the same day. With there knowledge of what was going on they were able to do some simple adjustments and clear everything up. They were here to fix the problem quickly and not trying to make a big deal out of something simple. This is the only company I'll use for my garage door. David Stubbs was very professional and knowing what needed to be done and explained everything as he went.

After trying both remote openers,and realizing neither of them were not working I called Precision door and explained my situation they set up a time for their technician to come check out the problem.The tech called and asked if he could come by earlier then the time set up.He was very attentive to the problem and had it resolved in short order.I am very pleased with the results of this and the technician was pleasant and professional and I will not hesitate to call Precision door for any problem with the garage door. Patrick, I'm not certain if this brief review will reach you but will send in case. The phone experience while setting up a consult was subdued at best. The young lady didn't provide the upfront price for an estimate. As with most, my budget is limited so that's important info upfront. The tech or sales person who came was aggressive in his approach which felt overwhelming. He offered no real alternative to full replacement (5,000.00 minimum) with a band aid fix for several hundred dollars. A local company also came for estimate at no charge. He had the door in working order in an hour and reprogrammed my remote. I've since set up a motor replacement (500.00) including camera and touch pad. I was given the option of purchasing entire replacement in manageable parts over time while keeping a safe and working garage. It's a shame that your rep didn't provide the same options for my budget. I will never pay an upfront fee for estimates again

We do not ever make the claim that our prices are the lowest in the industry. I apologize for you feeling overwhelmed by our technician, and there is no charge for the estimate; he charged a service fee for the appointment. I realize that our competitors may be lesser in price. If you look further than just price, you may find that all things are not equal. Most of our repairs come with a 5-year to lifetime warranty. My experiences with Precision have been excellent! I had two new doors installed a couple of years ago and developed a problem with one door making odd noises and not operating properly. David Stubbs, their technician, came out promptly as scheduled and diagnosed the problem immediately. It was a simple fix and that took less than 5 minutes to repair. He chalked this visit up to a "curtesy call" with no charge to me. I was impressed with his professionalism and great attitude! From Precision's original door installation to this recent service call, the Precision team has been great to work with. They do what they say, when they say it will be done, and they do it right!
