Very impressed. Called and had Steve arrive within alotted 2 hour window. (Literally an hour after I called.) Very professional and knowledgeable. While the expense was not what I wanted to hear, the amazing work was completed within an hour and clearly explained. I would HIGHLY recommend both Precision Door Service and, particularly Steve, for any of your garage door service needs.

David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and fixed our problem quickly. He was able and willing to explain all the details of the repair and show me the problematic areas that needed attention. Drew was very professional, knowledgeable about every aspect of my garage door service needs answering all of my questions! He replaced all three of my garage door openers that were terminally damaged due to lightning strike. He cleaned up after completing the job; leaving nothing behind for me to clean up. Well I chose them because overhead door only works til 3:30 or 4 and that doesn’t work for someone like me who works til 5 or 6 everyday!! I was helped on the phone by a very nice young man and then Drew came out and fixed my garage door!! Very professional on both ends!!!

I needed to pick up my grandchildren from school in an hour when my garage door's chain broke as I was preparing to leave to do a few errands before school was out. I called Precision Overhead Door and told them my situation. Within 45 minutes, Justin the tech called me and said he was on his way. He was able to manually lift the door and I got my car out. He explained what parts were needed and the cost and I left to go get the kids while he did the work. He was finishing up when I got back and I paid him. There is a lifetime guarantee on the work and parts. He was courteous, thorough in his explanation and very professional.

We have used Precision Door in the past and the service was excellent. Trenton was on time and did excellent job repairing our door last service call. When it came time to replace the garage door opener we did not hesitate to contact Precision Door. We were pleased to find that Trenton would be installing our new door opener. I queried Google for "Garage Door Repair Companies" and checked the Better Business Bureau to determine that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service had an A+ Rating was the best company to call to fix our garage door problem in Springdale, AR. I called 479-282-3042 and requested to schedule service on our garage door which would not open. Precision scheduled a technician to come over the same day. Precision sent me a text within a couple of hours stating the name of the service technician, Jacob Baggett, and his short bio with the company. Jason called me and then arrived promptly thereafter to assess the problem of the garage door not opening properly. He identified that a loose wire was the problem and repaired it. He lubricated the garage doors, received his payment, and terminating the service call. Jason was personable, intelligent, and professional. Jason provided outstanding customer service to warrant five stars for customer service. I recommend Jason for a pay raise too. Thanks Jason and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

We needed a new company due to poor service and material from the original installers. Steve Colley arrived, assessed the garage door function and recommended new parts to replace those worn and frayed. Steve adjusted the door to the frame and the motor to the door for a straighter pull. Steve was professional and personable during the whole process. We are no longer concerned with the possible collapse of our garage door. Peace of mind is spelled "Precision".

The team from Precision Garage Door was at my home within 24 hours of me calling them. Steve did an assessment of the existing garage door opener and went over the recommended options. I chose to replace my garage door opener with a newer more powerful opener. They were able to install the new opener, program the remotes and give me a quick training session all in about an hour. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Wesley was a rock-star. He and his partner showed-up exactly on time and got right to work on our damaged garage door. Wesley personified what great customer service is all about: friendly and informed me of what they were there to do and got it all done in a timely manner. Furthermore, I asked about having him install an outdoor keypad and it was great to hear that he had one on the truck and could install it right then. Not only did they install it, they also programmed it to work right the first time.

Jacob was out technician who determined that our opener motor was burned out. We chose to purchase and have installed a new system. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He gave us a $25 discount for having been career teachers. The new system is amazing! Ours was ancient. He replaced unsafe wiring and a new opener box by our door. Fantastic service and very quick to take care of our needs. Your service tech, Trent Dunn, was knowledgeable and explained the service he was recommending (and why) very well. We totally understand the mechanics of the garage door and the need to keep an eye on that gem and service regularly as a standard practice now.
